Always satisfied with the treatment performed

Always come on time,don’t always know what time they are coming,but of late they have said time they will be coming,so that’s good.

Our aeration & scarification treatment, part of last year’s (2025) subscription, still hasn’t been done.
With June just around the corner, isn’t it too late now?

Since the franchise became a corporate entity ( Thanet branch) service has fallen off a cliff. I have paid 5 direct debits this year but have only had one treatment way back in January. In my case , that represents £110 for one treatment. I have been a customer in various addresses for over 20 years and we have never had to wait 5 months for treatments. GT was a great company with excellent customer service and care, now they are only interested in your money. They don’t even bother reply to emails - if you do use them, pay per treatment not monthly, otherwise they will rip you off.

appalling! turn up do the job then 2 hours later send an invoice for £166 instead of the usual £78.
contact by email - still waiting 4 days later for explanation, and no will not pay till I get correct invoice

what is the extra £88 for?

following contact from Green Thumb it appears I had a treatment I hadn't asked for and usual price had been increased. now resolved,

Since my One Star review on 28/04/26, this is an update:
Following the request above from Green Thumb to email them, I emailed with a video of the lawn and gave dimensions to try and help. I subsequently received a call and they said that they "didn't have the email and "it must be in the 'system' somewhere?!" They then preceded to ask me questions to the answers I had provided in the email. Eventually, I agreed to a visit and subsequently received an appointment for 12/05/26 that didn't specify a time. So, I called the number they gave and waited in the call queue for ages to try and get a time or time period when they would visit on the day. I was then told that a text would be sent on the morning of the appointment advising a time period. Would of been nice to know that when they sent the appointment. Today when they were supposed to visit to carry out the survey, I received a call saying they have to cancel all appointments today due to a tyre puncture and I would receive another appointment date. Apparently, it takes a whole day to have a puncture repaired or tyre replaced. I've received a new appointment date for 28/05/26 which makes it over a month since the original enquiry. Meanwhile, time marches on!

Crew did a brilliant job, and provided lots of information on tending the lawn after re-seeding.

Staff are helpful and knowledgeable about what is best for my lawn. The portal is easy to use and allows me to schedule appointments and make payments easily.

Christchurch - since Tony sold the franchise/retired it seems to have gone down hill. Rescheduled the scarifying to Sept and haven't seen anyone since! Last visit 13 January but they still take the money so someone is in the Office.

No moss treatment this year. Weeds this year are on the lawn but previously fairly good. I would give 3 or 4 star but not this year.
