After weeks of chasing these people we’ve come to the conclusion that they’ve gone bankrupt. We had a deposit paid that we got a chargeback for just before they took the website down. If you paid on debit or credit contact your bank and just explain the situation and they will sort it out. You need to do this within 120 days of paying your deposit. If you paid cash unfortunately you’ve lost your money.
