Avoid Loka Energy if you can

Avoid Loka Energy if you can. Their billing is inconsistent and extremely confusing. My account regularly switches between direct debit and pay-as-you-go with little or no notice, and then I receive bills saying I owe additional amounts with explanations full of unclear internal jargon.

Despite normally paying by direct debit, I’m still being told I owe money. The lack of transparency and clear communication is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, as tenants we are restricted from switching suppliers, so we’re stuck with them. I would strongly warn anyone considering dealing with this company to think twice.

Predator looking for prey

I used to go a lot until they took me to court for over £300 pound parking fine for not entering the license plate correctly on their table (which I have done every single time over the years). The car wasn’t even mine and they put it in my name and sent all the letters to my old address. I couldn’t believe it was true! Now I try to spread the world not to go there they are predator looking for pray. I have been diligently advising everyone I come in contact with to avoid at all costs, hopefully I can lose them enough business to make it more than even. I work for USA biggest airline and I’ve make it my life mission to advise every passenger with golf clubs of alternatives!!! This will be my life purpose!!

Greenwich Peninsula Sales

I can’t recommend Greenwich Peninsula Sales highly enough! Fletcher and Jonathan were absolute professionals from start to finish in assisting with the sale of my flat. From the very first meeting, it was clear that GPS was the estate agent I could trust.

They were fully engaged during the pre-viewing stage, asking the right questions and offering thoughtful insights. Their professionalism throughout the viewings was outstanding — and most importantly, they delivered by finding a buyer.

While the process from exchange to completion wasn’t entirely smooth (through no fault of GPS), they kept me reassured with daily updates and were always available whenever I had questions.

If you're looking to sell your property, these are the people you want in your corner.

I went with my friends and already had…

I went with my friends and already had a pre-booking. We also came prepared with our IDs but they didn’t let us in. Their reasoning was “These are not your IDs” even though we provided other IDs with the same names. It was a very bad experience and we felt like we were all picked out for whatever reason. A group of girls went in straight after us and their IDs weren’t even checked.

I am extremely disappointed rude manner

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and rude behaviour of sales reprehensive at Greenwich Peninsula Limited.

I strongly discourage engaging with this company and frustration of rude attitude with Mrs. Feng and lack of responses.

extremely poor service!!!!!!!!

extremely poor service! multiple emails to get one response in 2 weeks! never get through telephone! They took out our bathroom tiles 6 months ago without permission to check leak. promised to fix it, no one came for 6 month! We had lukewarm water for 1 year, contacted their hot water provider, it's not their problem. We paid for plumber to change tap mixer and found it might be the pipe problem, which should be fixed by management. Management just ignore us and never come to check!!!!!!!!!!!

I booked a little corporate event

I booked a little corporate event, and Jemma truly lived up to her name and was a true Jem out booking came with a few hurdles but Jemma made arrangements and sorted this all out. So much so that we didn’t want to leave after hours of fun! If there is one takeaway from this it’s people like Jemma who make event memorable and worth booking again, look forward to seeing you soon.

I have never encountered such a rude…

I have never encountered such a rude individual such a the manager who I believe works for Knight Dragon at Greenwich peninsula. I own several properties on this development and will be moving management of these to another property management company with immediate effect. Rebecca is very rude, to myself and my tenants. I would advise to stay clear of the management here this is not what I’d expect from high end property management, from anyone customer service based. In the Facebook group for the site your find many complaints regarding Rebecca and her team.

They deserve a better rating in here!!!!

Compared to different experiences we cannot complain, easy process and nice people from the agency that tried to do their best during one of the worst moments in our life because of another agency in london (*cough* *cough* Marsh & Parsons).

Not 5 starts because of the concierge... lose our parcels, letters and lost our car keys - we called them about the keys they said it would be okay to receive them, then decided to post into the wrong post box, then took it back and said we could collect it, when we went to collect it was locked into the managers office... since that information no one gave us other information or solution ... didn't bother in give us an answer about the keys, try to replace them or give any justification, they keep ignoring the situation (its been 3 months since the keys were locked inside the office and now they are pretending they do not have any reponsability about that). No complaints procedure in place. Lift always seems to have a problem but it is a pet friendly wonderful building with an amazing view and lovely crazy dog people

Rip off

Only interested in their income, service charges are extortionate. Don't be fooled by the initial charges, these will double within 3 years. We've had 1 residents meeting in 5 years, so many issues and complaints that promises of more meetings never happened. Knight Dragon own the energy company, you can't change to gas, and they charge more than double what British Gas do.
More than 2 years for a reply......sounds about right

They only care about the money

I HIGHLY discourage going with Greenwich Peninsula. They only care about the money and do not sympathise with tenants. Communication is terrible with management. I do not recommend

Nothing but problems since we moved in

EDIT: it took them 6 YEARS to reply to this review! That speaks volumes.

We moved into our brand-new apartment (sold by Greenwich Peninsula Ltd) in March this year and had nothing but problems ever since, including a person stuck in the bathroom because the lock was installed by using a random piece of plastic, a resident miraculously left unscathed by a cabinet falling on her, a leaking window, wrong doors installed, skirting boards coming off the wall, hot water and heating problems, water pressure problems, and many more.
Good luck to all those who are thinking of buying a property from Greenwich Peninsula Ltd.
