Pete was brilliant all the way through, we had a nightmare for six months but Pete and Ryan kept us well informed and was professional and friendly always. I’m so glad we chose Greenwoods or I think we would have given up months ago, (the 6 months timing was nothing to do with Greenwoods!).

We have just completed our house purchase and we wouldn't have been able to do it without Pete's advice and calm manner throughout the process, as well as Ryan, whom both have been very helpful with arranging all the viewings. Both always on time and patient with us. We had to liaise often with the sellers and Pete did so in a very professional manner, ensuring he was fair to both sides and also helping us all achieve a win-win situation. Very helpful, brilliant service

I used Greenwood’s to both sell my flat and purchase my house. I can’t recommend them enough. When we had issues or worries during the process we always felt like they were on our side and did what they could to help us. The communication we received was great and the team on Wells Road are lovely to deal with. I’ll be using them again In the future should I look to move again.

We bought a property that was being sold by Greenwoods - they were helpful and responsive to us, giving us support when the solicitors did not! When we collected our keys we received the congratulations and warmth we had hoped from the process of buying a house. We would recommend them from the position of a buyer.

Very good estate agents.. Pete the mgr was especially helpful and honest with us throughout. Our house sale was a bit of a slow process in a rocky housing market but Greenwoods stuck with it & in the end we got the sale we needed. We would def recommend & use again!

Greenwoods team in Whitchurch were fantastic from an honest valuation, to marketing the property using clear descriptions, top quality photographs and virtual tour technology. It attracted a large number of viewings which secured us a buyer in under 10 days. The communication with us was open, helpful and professional all the way through the process. Pete and his team were easily contacted and responded quickly to emails and phone calls. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always there to offer support and advice. We achieved a very good price for our property thanks to Pete and Ryan. Their communication with our buyers and solicitors helped speed the process along. We could not recommend this estate agent enough!

I found them diligent, friendly and helpful.
The agency fee was by far the most attractive feature as with other agencies I've dealt with their fees will be seen by most to be extortionate, but with Greenwoods I paid £500 for three of us but with others I was expected to pay £299 per person which I felt was ridiculous considering their extra work is simply printing extras copies on word and using experian, which is free.
Bottom line: Greenwoods is the best agency I've dealt with(specifically the Bristol, Totterdown-Knowle office.)Paul Lewis estate agents ripped me off, CJ Hole has extortionate fees, with 3 people you're looking at paying nearly a grand on top of a deposit and first months rent. Ocean fees again.
