customer service is zero!…
I ordered an officer's breast eagle in mint condition, but instead I received an eagle in absolutely terrible condition. After I informed the company that they had sent me a breast eagle in poor condition, and I had paid for one in mint condition and would like to have the eagle exchanged because it wasn't my fault, they said the eagle I bought had already been sold and they couldn't send me another one. They advertised a second eagle in mint condition, but they don't want to replace it. They simply don't reply to my emails, only sporadically, which is a damned nerve, customer service is zero. Would not recommend it!
