Customer service contacted me to say they would send another size. After many emails, texts, phone calls I still haven't gotten the blouse. I am now trying to get a refund. I am going to call the Better Business Bureau. Do not deal with them!! Are you seeing this Troy Gray?? If there really is a CEO at this company?

This company has poor follow through when it comes to returns. They didn’t respond to my emails and phone calls. I had to leave an aggressive voicemail in order to get a call back. I finally just mailed back my return at my expense. I have yet to see if they will be prompt in refunding my credit card.

ITEM RECEIVED ONE WEEK AFTER ORDER ON 9-27-23. TRIED TO INITIATE EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON 11-1-23. RECEIVED RESPONSE IN A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER THAT. NEED TO PAY TO SHIP BACK FOR EXCHANGE 17.00. DECIDED NO I WANT REFUND. I WAS TOLD IT IS BEYOND REFUND TIME. I DID NOT RECEIVE IT UNTIL AFTER 9-27-23. BUT THAT DOES NOT SEEM TO MATTER. THEY COUNT FROM THE DAY THEY RECEIVE THE ORDER. POOR BUSINESS TACTICS.

Item shipped quickly, received in less than a week. Top fit perfectly, the color is as described. I washed it in cold water and hung it to dry before I wore it. (Would not put it in the dryer). Overall quality was excellent.

Horrible. Paid $17 for an exchange label and they have not responded. Email them every day and no response. Call their number and their voice mail is setup to not allow messages. I've kept all emails, sales receipts, exchange label receipt as evidence. All I need is an exchange label, that I have a paid receipt for, to exchange the dress. Very unprofessional and disappointed in "Hannah" in sales to not respond to my email and send the exchange label.

Loved the top but the size (L) was small. Could have used a XL but your return policy seemed complicated.

The blouse was too big and I had difficulty finding the return policy…. When I found it, realized they charge a restocking fee! I will not purchase from them again.

Years ago I purchased 8 blouses while I was visiting Santa Fe and have loved them as the quality of cotton really holds up incredibly well. I finally revisited the website and ordered more as my body shape has changed over the 15 years.....couldn't be happier with the quality STILL ....the colors are vibrant and the white it whiter than white. The service is terrific and very personal which is a true delight in this day and age. As a personal request Greta ....I would love to see a few more shorter blouses (like the short jacket I just bought in white and orange) as the design is so flattering to big busted and a little hippy....I refer to all the designs as French Cut which is difficult to find. Continued success I will definitely continue to look for all your new arrivals. Wendy B
