Shocking service.
Bought two of the same item plus accessories. One didn’t work. Contacted customer service with details and a video of the faulty item. They asked for that video again, in slow-motion! As if that would tell a different story! Won’t be ordering again after this lack of service. Not worth the hassle.

How on earth does this Company more than -100?
So great, they have 5 Mods in stock, trying to sell their 'basics' juice 5 for a £? Maybe one day they were 'proper'. Cotteridge first, Rubery next.(net worth 4K) haven't even got the stock or rental to cover that?
