Having never had much of a spa experience before, it was quite daunting to begin with, but the ladies immediately made me feel very welcome and not out of place at all.
The atmosphere is intensely relaxing, and the constant soundscape and scents makes the entire experience immersive.
The treatments themselves are delightful, the massages being effective and the masseuse's are sure to check in with you and make sure you are totally comfortable at all points.
