I found Gribbon and Partners to be very quick and efficient. Their fees were in line with expectations and all members of staff I spoke to were happy and helpful. I received a verbal report on my survey on the day it was done, which was really helpful as it meant I could make a quick decision on a property whilst waiting for the full report.

We used Gribbon and Pelham for a home buyers survey. The resulting report was well detailed and with us just two days after the survey. On the day we had Antony call us to give us a summary and ask some questions. Process was incredibly smooth and pricing was very fair. Would highly recommend!

The survey appointment was booked in quickly and completed as planned. The surveyor gave verbal feedback on the same day as completing the survey which was extremely helpful.
