I ordered the coffee bean advent calendar for my husband for Christmas but am shocked to have received it already, 12 weeks before advent. I always thought you were meant to use coffee beans as close... See more

Clear, easy to use website; top-quality product. Delivery prompt, with good tracking information.
Fast delivery to Germany, good communication during the whole ordering process and most importantly- great coffee and my highlight each morning!
The first order was not received for circumstances beyond my control. However, Grind had been really good at sending out a second order to me and informing me of its progress. Thumbs up all round for them!
The best tasting coffee I've had for a long time.
The order was shipped and delivered quickly and packaged in a strong box. One of the bags of coffee was very crumpled, which is a bit of a shame as it's a gift, but everything else perfect, thank you. Love the Miffy collab!
Easy to order, quick delivery, great products and so excited to try the new flavours
Ordered 8 of the oat milk vanilla latte cans. All cans arrived dented, which I was told was to be expected/normal, which was disappointing. On top of this the drink itself wasn’t to my liking, as there was a bit of an after taste. Wouldn’t order again, wouldn’t recommend
Great coffee and good offer (free shipping) too.
I changed the order after I had my alert to say my order was coming up. That worked fine. Delivery by the Royal Mail was on time.
I set up a subscription for the pods to be delivered to my work after we got a new coffee machine. I went with the house blend, the pumpkin spice and the honey nut.
The two flavoured varieties are absolutely awful in taste, and completely undrinkable. The house variety is drinkable if I use two pods, otherwise it has no flavour, but is not particularly pleasant tasting either.
I reached out to see if I could get a refund, to which I was told that they only offer refunds on unopened items, and that taste is “subjective.”
I’ve spoken to friends who also advise that the flavoured varieties are disgusting, so I am not alone in my “subjective” tastes.
My order was not correct. I usually have dark roast decaf and I received House Blend instead.

Good service as always , tried the new chocolate orange coffee , I was disappointed because it had no taste . It’s a shame because I love your coffee.
Tried two bags of beans to use in our bean to cup coffee machine. Unfortunately the coffee dis not live up to expectations. It was slightly sour tasting and insipid. (Adjusted grind and temp accordingly so wasn't the machines fault). Went back to Wonky Coffee and now remember what good coffee tastes like! I would not say that Grind is worth the money.

This is my second time buying a Grind pod machine from Grind. Both failed just after the 1 year warranty. They sell these things on the basis that they are meant to be fixable. My handle on the second one failed...according to them....unfixable without having seen it. I wont be buying a third. This is meant to be a sustainable and fixable alternative to the mass market offering. I think i will go mass market.
Superb new flavour- love the chocolate orange taste.
Great delivery - super-quick.
