Just like similar customers, tried getting touch with them three or four times to no avail. So personally will not be purchasing anything from them again. Be very aware!!. noted about ten different address for same shop/warehouse ??.

Before Christmas, I bought 3 pairs of grip socks (UK 2 - 6.5) and 3 pairs of sock sleeves (kids age 7-12). They arrived fine after a couple of days, no problem. However, the sock sleeves were tiny. There is no sizing chart on the website. Says age 7-12, my son is 10 and they were too small.
OK I thought, I'll just order the same sleeve pairs in adults (which I did and these were delivered fine) and send the kids back. In order to send them back, you have to actually e-mail them to get the return details, but they waste time asking if the products have been used, in the same packaging etc. After you confirm they are unused etc, they seem to reluctantly give you a return address. These simple e-mails took a week to get the full return details.
Returns have to be paid for yourself, so I sent the 3 x kid sock sleeves back, 1st class signed for on 20/12/2022 with a detailed note explaining what I had returned. They arrived at the company and I got an e-mail only refunding 2 of the 3 items I had returned. Since 23/12/2022 I have e-mailed them weekly asking them to investigate this and to update me and as at today (16/1/2023), I have not had one single reply or acknowledgement from this company. The customer service and after care is abysmal. I am currently down by £9.99 (plus return postage of £5.55) and it doesn't look like my return issue is going to be resolved anytime soon. Only refunding 2 of the returned items, when 3 were sent back, is tantamount to stealing as far as I'm concerned.
If this is not resolved, and it doesn't look like it ever will be, then I can console myself with the fact that I have only lost £9.99 (plus return postage), but this company will lose more than that as I will not use this company ever again and I will certainly not recommend them to anyone.
The products themselves are actually quite good, but if you are thinking of purchasing from this company, my advice is to ensure that you have the correct size, colour etc because returning items to them is likely to frustrate you somewhat and you could, like me, end up out of pocket.
UPDATE: Well, what a turn up for the books! On 25th Jan 2023, I got an email out of the blue saying I had a refund of £9.99 coming back to me. They really would make their lives easier if they just responded to customers emails and let them know what's going on, but fair's fair, they have resolved my issue so I thought it was only right that I updated my review with what's happened. Unfortunately, due to the whole experience, this review is staying at 1 star, which is a real shame as the grip socks are good quality.

In November I ordered 2 adult socks and 1 children’s, for Christmas presents, but received 3 adult pairs. I emailed and got the response (containing incorrect information) offering a partial refund and I could keep the order.. I didn’t want this so went back and got the same response again. I went back again and asked for the returns address and a full refund. That was the 11th December and I am still waiting for a response! I will certainly never use this company again and would suggest you shop elsewhere!

Waited weeks and then completely the wrong colour socks turned up, all which are white and not suitable for any of my son's kits.
Contacted their customer service' via email if you can call it that. You wait weeks for a reply only for them to ask for information which you give them and then they repeat the same question to string you along.
