From the first contact with Grippy to the completion of my tyres was seamless. No waiting, arriving on time ,no fuss the fitter took my key confirmed the order and by the time I had a cup of rosy lee my tyres were fitted I can recommend to all.

Originally booked a slot between 8-12 on Friday 18th October. Was expecting a call in the morning like the confirmation email states 'to keep you in the loop' and to give me an 'accurate arrival time'

I received a call at 11.45 to say the driver that was scheduled to call did not work for them anymore. Don't know why they didn't realise this until 15 mins before the end of the scheduled time slot. Rebooked for 8-12 on Tues 23rd. At 12.15, 15 mins after the time slot (where was the call in the morning like your email states!) I was called to say the tyres were not loaded on the van. Do I want to re-book?

Err no thanks, your service is awful, hopefully you will be just as quick returning my money as you were taking it. You big up your customer support and your service on the website but in truth they both are awful.

I hate cars. Everything about them. The thought of going to a garage and standing round waiting bores me to tears, so I had a little search online where I discovered Grippy.co.uk. The prices quoted were so cheap I didn't think that they would be any good, but times as they are, and spare cash hard to come by made me take the plunge and place my order...
All I can say is that I am stunned! Excellent service, advice, price and an easy online order made it almost bearable having to replace tyres. They even come to you! Ridiculously good service. Saved a fortune with Grippy rather than the usual dreaded trip to Kwik Fit. I really can't recommend them high enough. I will definitely use them next time, and will be telling anybody who will listen to do the same.

After a while of pondering on which was the best company to replace my front tyres on my Ford Ka Grand Prix, I opted for grippy.co.uk.
Best choice I made and I believe the future and the way forward in tyre fitting, why stand around in a cold garage, when the garage comes to you.
Website was easy to navigate and the price for Hancock tyres were £15 a tyre cheaper than black circles.com.
Several ways to pay even on the day to the fitter. I opted for PayPal.
Shane the fitter rung me several times on the day to update on fitting time.
Arrived at the scheduled time, and fitted the tyres in no time at all.
Alloys even cleaned.
Fantastic service, highly recommend to others.

Very impressed with the high tech equipment on van. Very friendly efficient service. Highly reccomended. Would use this service again.

One of the best prices I found anywhere for the product I wanted. Whilst I had to wait a couple of days for an open booking slot it was well worth it as they arrived exactly when they said they would, and promptly got the job done.
I would recommend grippy to anyone looking for a tyre service whether mobile or not.

Booked & Paid ( also recieved email confirmation)on Tues 8th Oct for fitting between 8am - 12pm on Sat 12th.....
GUESS what ?? NO one showed up. Made a phone call at 2pm on Sat to be told my job was not on the system (Why did I get an email then ?). Promised a follow up call on Monday 14th to re-book, GUESS WHAT !! NO phone call came. Again I had to call them. Cancelled my order as was totally fed up with the whole experience

Quality company turned up fitted tyres (cleaned all wheel) left

the engineer who fitted the tyres called me in the morning to advise what time he would be round. Super fit and done with no hassle. I hate waiting at Kwik fit and the like and for a better price Grippy come out to your home or place of work. SUPER. Will use all the time from now on. There are back street suppliers who can offer slightly cheaper but I have had so many problems with them. I will always use Grippy from now on.

I would recommend Grippy to anyone. The service was friendly and efficient and the website easy to use.

These days it pays to be careful when buying on the internet, so I was really surprised when things went exactly as agreed with this company. Great service, constantly up dated as to the progress of the tire fitter, concerns about the tires because of the price dispelled over the last couple of weeks performed well general and motorway driving.
Would recommend this company to any one seeking to purchase tires!.

Grippy tyres fitter Andy rang at approx.9am yesterday to give an ETA for fitting my tyres. He rang again to advise that he was leaving his previous job and updated his ETA.
Andy duly arrived within minutes of his time stated and proceeded to fit my tyres with the utmost expertise and professionalism. Thanks Andy.

Decided to use Grippy rather than someone like [external reference] as they were cheaper and had good reviews! Staff were very polite and they did call before they came etc, however after taking off both my tyres they realised they only had one tyre on the van so couldnt replace both!

Was told someone would call me the next day, Sunday, to arrange for someone else to come and fit the other tyre. So I thought well these things happen and didnt moan too much. Got to after lunchtime the next day and no call, so I had to call them! Then the office knew nothing about what had happened. Earliest they could come was weds after me pushing it as I was going away friday! Then the next person who turned up didnt have any idea what had happened and thought he was here to replace my 2 rear tyres!?!!

The car wheels were also left really greasy and covered in greasy fingerprints the first time. Since they did the tyres the steering wheel is really shaking, so imagine I'm now going to have to pay to get the tyres balanced which I think was meant to be done at the time?!
Staff were helpful and polite, just lack of communication and organisation and I wont be using them again!

Would highly recommend!
