Sourcing an old replacement Grohe shower part

I was trying to track down a replacement shower mixer thermostatic cartridge and was struggling to identify the correct part number - our shower unit is some 20-30 years old. I contacted Grohe technical support and received a very prompt response with the exact part reference, part and fitting diagrams, and advice on where to buy. Now ordered. The original shower unit was of such good quality it was great being able to replace the part, rather than the shower. Nice to know parts are still available.
Very impressed with service and follow up.

Just needed a replacement trim for a…

Just needed a replacement trim for a shower diverter valve, should be simple enough as it’s only 2 years old, but often it isn’t simple.
I’m very glad to say Grohe was a breath of fresh air, easy first phone call , no long hold, spoke to a real person and quickly identified the part. As soon as I emailed a photo of the part to confirm and the invoice, it was posted out to me within a couple of days.
As someone in the trade, specifying fittings, this sort of great back up and support really makes a difference… well done Grohe!

Most helpless customer support

I bought 3 Grohe bidets for my 3 bathrooms. One of them works properly and two of them are leaking continuously. Upon reaching the customer care support, they are not ready to admit the flaw in their bidet head. They are only blaming the installation process which is not true. The same installation process is used to install the three bidet but still only two leak. This clearly means there is some issue with the two bidets and not the installation process. There is no customer support for this nor are they responding to my emails.

Absolutely unhelpful staff not wanting to help the customer in need. To top it, they wont accept their fault either.

No use of the guarantee offered!! It’s a shame!!

What can I say Grohe have the best…

What can I say Grohe have the best customer service I have ever experienced. From spare parts to the technical helplines every part of this company is outstanding. The build quality of there products is second to none I will only use Grohe products on my bathrooms now as I have never had any issues fantastic company.

Exceptional after-sales service

The after-sales service from Grohe was exceptional.

I have a shower and a cap for my thermostat was damaged at install by the fitter. After 18 months, I contacted Grohe and was helped to find the part on their website, and then directed to where I could mail-order the item.

While chatting with their operative, he asked why I needed it, how old my shower was, and kindly offered to send me one directly. I was astounded.

I am so impressed that Grohe is at the top of my list for any future purchases.

Thank you, 10 stars for customer service.

What superb Customer Service!

What superb Customer Service!
I needed a new end cap for my Grohe Shower Control but didn't know which one as there are a number of options. Chris, Technical Customer Services Coordinator at Grohe, after several quick e-mails, was able to identify the one I needed and so solved my problem.

Excellent customer service from Chris…

Excellent customer service from Chris at Grohe. I had a problem with my shower controller button. Chris talked me through how to fix it, sent a very useful link to a video to help and offered support via a video call. The instructions worked and the problem was quickly fixed. We just needed one small part, which Chris dispatched the same day. All in all, very impressed with the level of service.

Communicated with Jason at Grohe customer service. Professional practical advice from experienced and knowledgeable advisor. Prompt replies to emails to fix problem with Grohe boiler tap, issue resolved and part supplied f.o.c.

Excellent support from Costumer Service

Excellent support from Sam in Costumer Service. We bought a Grohe WC set that arrived missing a part. After a quick check, she ordered the missing valve, free of charge. Great products and great customer support too!
