SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Bought a product which never arrived, told me they’d sent a replacement but never did.

After I questioned them on instagram I was instantly blocked

Improved Customer Service Massively!!

I have never bought from Groomen before but last week I did and it took a while for my order to come through considering I had paid for 1st class so I had sent them a DM on Instagram as to why and they explained the problems they had with delivery and even refunded the delivery costs which they didn't have to do. I looked at the reviews on this website for this company before I bought so was a bit conscious but decided to go ahead anyway and it seems like somethings changed within the business as my experience with them was perfect.

All companies who offer this type of product are a scam!!

Why is it just acceptable these days for companies like this to sell complete toot that doesn't work and never get back to their customers when they get in touch? Can't get them on the phone, no chats or Twitter pages and the following email unanswered. Stay away!!

I can count on one hand the number of times I've used the trimmer since purchasing it from you. It's gotten to the point now where I'm leaving it on charge for a full 24 hours in the vain hope that it'll actually see me through a session and do what it's advertised to do. It does not hold charge and won't even keep working for the 15ish minutes I need it for.

Can you help please, as this product really isn't old enough to decide it doesn't want to hold charge anymore.

The most disappointing thing is that I came to you after having a very similar experience with the company Balls, who provide the exact service you do. Are these units all just the same? Do they all come from the same warehouse in China? I can't see/feel any difference between this product and theirs. Very disappointing.

Placed an order on 27/12/2021.
Emailed 6 times and tried to contact them on social media platforms with no response.
PayPal now involved and thank god I used them because I can’t see how I would get a refund.
Avoid this company at all costs .

Don’t purchase…

It had to be one star as there’s no lower rating. I wish I’d checked the reviews before buying as I certainly wouldn’t have. I purchased a Groomen vacuum in August but it was faulty and didn’t work/charge/turn on. I contacted the company via email, Facebook and Instagram and haven’t heard back. Waste of £30 - not the best birthday present!

The trimmer is absolute rubbish

The trimmer is absolute rubbish. No-nick? Rubbish. Cut myself less using a Philips oneblade trimming. First use: loads of nicks and bleeding 1/10. Don’t waste your money.

The vacgroom isn’t bad, 6/10 although the instructions are poorly translated

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing!! Experiencing all of the same issues as everyone else. Unwanted gift and now finding it impossible to return. No contact number on the site and no response via email or social to complete a return. Unsurprisingly customer service were helpful when I was purchasing but now I am getting ignored. As for the product, £30 for a bit of plastic that doesn’t work.

Product is absolute trash

Product is absolute trash. They basically sell you a glorified bit of plastic then are quick to tell u no refunds and it’s very complicated to get in contact with them.

Product wouldn't charge

I purchased a groomer and everything was fine worked as I would have expected. Then it ran out of battery a month later went to charge and it doesn't charge. Sent countless emails and messages them on every social platform and have never received a reply. Terrible company with a shoddy well advertised product. Never purchase from them

Never again

Wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing from Groomen. Paid for a product that never arrived. Contacted ‘support’ a number of times and a month later I am still waiting for a response regarding a refund. Terrible.

BUYERS BEWARE

BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are fraudulent and will pretend the products are used when you return them brand new, keeping your money and the product. The product is a low quality and not worth what they charge. Support are terrible and take weeks to reply to anything. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Fast delivery, great product

I went with standard delivery and still arrived on the 2nd day after ordering the trimmer and vac bundle. Really happy with products so far, lost my charger as moved house and they sent a replacement out for free!

Appalling customer service.

Appalling customer service.
I purchased a
Vacgroom for my husband as a Father’s Day present. Unfortunately my husband answered the door to the postman and saw it and decided that he didn’t think it was a present he will use.
I emailed groomenuk immediately asking for how I could return product for a full refund.
I didn’t get a response until 9 days later .
The response only asked me if the product had been used to which I replied immediately and said no it’s still in its original packaging.
I emailed twice again after that and DM their Instagram account with no response.
I now have a product which I believe is within my rights to return with absolutely no cooperation from Groomenuk.
I received the product on the 9/6/2021 and I’m still trying to reach someone for a refund 10 days later. How can you run a business without actually caring for your customers?
I will definitely be not recommending this brand to anyone else.
I actually thought the vacgroom was a cool product but this service has been the worst experience.

Great product, customer service and Value for Money

I use the shaver regularly and the hair hoover both work great! Of course you'd get knicks with any shaver that you'd if you press down too hard (once you learn to use it this doesn't happen) but it is far better and a lot more value for money than it's competitors and great customer service!

What a bloody mess

I'm really disappointed with this shaver. 'No-nicks' is rubbish - I cut myself three times the first time I used it and gave up for fear of permanent scarring - or worse. On the bits I did manage to shave, it wasn't smooth - just left with prickly stubble. As I've used it, their returns policy says I can't send it back so just wasted fifty quid.

Avoid

Bought the pack with the No-nick trimmer and Vacgroom.
The portable vaccum has a very cheap feel but kind of works only on a dry surface. I ended up using it for a different purpose.
The No-nick trimmer is not as advertised. Cheap feeling there too. I got two cuts every time I used it and the battery only lasts 10 minutes (they advertised it to last 90)...
I have asked to a refund and haven't heard back from them...
I wanted to support some more local companies rather than buying the usual from amazon, but the lack of customer support and false advertising is a no-go.

edit: They finally answered and send me another unit rather than a refund. Of course the replacement unit didn't even last 4 uses before it stopped working... Now they are ignoring my emails and messages from their contact page.

Don't waste your money and ignore the fake good reviews saying they had no problem with it but somehow 'the customer service is great', what a load of BS.
If you still hesitate go and see the groomenuk website somehow they have a 5 stars average review on the product but my 1 star review doesn't even appear. Does that look like an honest company to you and do you want to encourage that?
