Yet again tried to contact via email and no surprise no answer I would advise anyone of ordering from this company please think twice the trouble this company has caused me is ridiculous

I used my shaver as followed i even watched a YouTube video but it left me with such a painful irritation rash. I will not be using it again. Waste of my money.

Very bad customer service.
I forgot to cancel the subscription, emailed immediately to stop the order going through. Their email states 2-3 days to process to courier and you have 2 hours to change the address if needed.
I received an email stating they could not stop the order and to just wait for it and return it. At this point I was still within the 2 hours deadline to change address so how can i not cancel? They could have cancelled and kept my custom (i would have ordered another time to replace the head, just not yet. Now I wont bother.)
When i questioned this with them, I was ignored. The package has now been sent (3 days later!)

Very Good, got to every inch of my head and chest and left no nicks, cuts or bumps. Very user friendly.

I've been wet shaving for years with giving myself the odd cut with the wet Razor!!!
So when I first see your online advertising I said to my daughter that I would like to try the Groomie to see if they do what it said on the tin.
So she bought me a Groomie for Xmas and I've been using it for over a year with the replacement 7D Razor Head replacement at first, then I contacted Lucy Dutton at Groomie when I see they had brought out the 5D Razor Head replacement, as I've got a few lumps and bumps on my head and face which the 5D Razor Head I find it better for a smooth finish all over my head and face plus it seems stupid but with less heads on the Razor Head it's faster!!!
I wet shave with my Groomie and also dry shave too.
Where also with the Groomie I receive replacement 5D Razor Head replacements from Groomie and the Razor itself has a lifetime warranty so I shouldn't have to by any other Razor in my lifetime!!!

I suffer with very sensitive skin which easily tears and becomes very sore I've been looking for a product that i would be able to use every were and with the new magnetic blade replacement I can now say I have found it this for me is perfect I'm so pleased with the results .

I’ve been using this shaver for over a year now, have tried numerous others but found this one to be the best by far. Easy to use with interchangeable heads/trimmers and so easy to clean. Being able to replace the main shaver blades regularly is also a huge plus.

What a great shaver it so good I lover to use it on my face it effortless. It’s even good for shaving my back and my lower areas to like my ball willy and bum , it’s given me so much more confidence it feels so nice when it’s all clean shaven . I would highly wto every one thanks an again groom .

I heard good things about this item but having it myself I have realised it’s not what it’s advertised to be. Hardly removes any hair at all, be better off with a razor. Not a happy customer wasting money on garbage like this. Why is everything that is made these days just a pile of shit

The easiest head shaver I've ever used. Simple and practical, I shave my head every day now, and it takes me less than 5 effortless minutes.

The product was excellent and the service has been excellent. Product arrived ahead of schedule and the follow up has been very polite.

Love the trimpod 3. It arrived well packaged and works great. Also love the groomhere shaving oil.

They offer the worst replacement head service , they take weeks for it to arrive and a lot of times and I’m talking from experience , it gets lost and has to be re ordered ! customer service just fob you off with rubbish excuses and it takes forever ! I am a genuine customer and have been so disappointed in the service they provide !

Poor customer service I emailed them to manage hygiene plan still have not replied it's been five days poor customer experience on website no way to login and manage account 👎

I ordered the product on Saturday and told them I wanted to cancel. Despite this they still shipped. I had evidence it was not in transit yet and gave plenty of notice but they ignored it. Worst customer service ever. Avoid like the plague.

This machine is a game changer I love it that I don’t have cuts and no hassle at all will recommend it to everyone to try ❤️❤️

I received my oder and loved the outcome. Only hesitation was using the attachment for the "private" area, but painless and satisfied with everything.
This is a great product and highly recommend for a guy to purchase!

Bought the mens 7 floating head razor about 12 months ago and he loves it for his bald head - says its the best one yet. Was recommended by our son in law. Great with communication about when a new head is about to be sent to let us know incase we want to cancel and get it later

Custom service is very poor, I was bought the trim pod as a gift and after 3 weeks it stopped working, I emailed explaining my situation and sent videos of the shaver not working, they sent out the part they thought was the problem that I had to pay postage on. When I received the part it was not the part on the invoice, I explained I shouldn't have to pay postage as this is your fault, but no (Zubair, customer services manager) said it's the policy the customer has to pay postage!! I feel like I'm being penalized for my "poor explanation" even tho I sent videos and pictures (I'm not the expert in this field) and with all respect neither is Zubair by the sounds of it!! I'm now being ignored for weeks then after a number of emails by me threatening to take the situation further, I get a response just repeating the same old S**T. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I've now bought a cheaper one of Amazon that works perfectly.

Was 10 days late arriving. Poor quality and cut my under arms badly! Very sore. Also nicked bikini line. Not a close shave even on fairly flat areas like legs. Requires many passes to achieve anything like a decent shave! Not suitable for intimate areas. Unable to make a comment on FB, clearly to stop the torrent of poor reviews! Do not waste your money 😞
