Festingervault/Grootmade is an awesome site to get great themes and plugins for your website,also tech support is really good,highly recommend

I’ve been a customer since the days of Festinger Vault, and I can confidently say that GrootMade has maintained (and even improved) the same high standards.

Their product is extremely reliable, constantly updated, and delivers exactly what it وعد — which is rare in this space. What really stands out, though, is their support. Fast, helpful, and actually knowledgeable.

It’s clear they care about long-term customers and product quality, not just quick sales.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for a solid and trustworthy solution.

This review was provided upton request by Grootmade to leave a positive review in exchange to restore my lifetime membership. I do suspect that other lifetime members have been put into the same position to provide 5Star reviews. FestingerVault use to be a 'community support' site and Martin was supported by finacial donation to keep the site goiing in difficult times, now one must asked if GrootMade is even barely etical.

Well, let’s be real… most of the 5-star reviews here are from people hoping their lifetime licenses (from Festinger Vault) get reactivated after being banned for no reason.

If you’re one of those leaving 5 stars, wake up, it’s a trap.
And if you’re thinking about buying, seriously, wake up, it’s a trap.

It honestly feels like some kind of blackmail situation just to maybe get back something we already paid for. Whether they actually restore the licenses or not? No idea… but I wouldn’t bet on it.

Anyway, like they asked, I’m leaving a review on Trustpilot, just not the one they were expecting. And yeah, I’ll also be telling the same friends I once recommended this to (back when I thought it was legit) to come here and share their experience too.

I’ve had a lifetime plan and was a loyal customer for years. But after this? If I don’t get a refund (already emailed, no response), you’ll regret how this was handled.

Been a users for 3 years now and these guys rock! It's my "go to" for Wordpress Plugins! Martin and the entire team is always attentive!

Been here from day one and the fact that they honor their promise with every improvement they bring into the platform is a reason Id vouch for them.

I bought the lifetime 2022. Tested many plugins and themes to find the right ones for my customers. After making the decisions, bought the real licenses. Have not been active some years but want to try the new grootmade.com that looks very nice.

I’ve been using Grootmade after Festinger mainly for testing purposes and occasionally downloading GPL plugins when I need them. I’m not a heavy user so I don't need the main ones that are way too expensive, so Grootmade is a real gamechanger for me and my development to use forked software without the premium price for support.

The downloads have worked well for what I need, and everything has been easy to access. For testing environments, it’s been useful to quickly try out plugins or themes without any hassle or signing up with credit card info on all other websites. I really love it.

On the few occasions I had a question, the response was fast and helpful, which I really appreciated. It made the whole experience feel reliable and professional.

Even though I only use the website sometimes and not heavily i really recommend it and can't miss it with every new project I start.

GrootMade is a very useful platform for WordPress users. The interface is clean, the downloads are easy to manage, and the huge library of themes and plugins saves a lot of time. It’s especially helpful if you work on multiple websites. Great value for the price.

I've been a Festinger Vault customer for years. As a small consumer who only manages a handful of personal websites, paying for individual premium plugins separately just isn't feasible, the lifetime plan was the right fit for me, and Festinger Vault delivered without ever letting me down.

Then the transition to GrootMade happened. As someone who isn't very active in the community, it was a rough ride and left me feeling like my lifetime access, something I'd paid a significant one-time fee for, was lost.

That said, GrootMade reached out, acknowledged what went wrong, and is making it right. Not every company does that, and it does take some courage to admit when things didn't go as they should have. I believe in second chances, and I genuinely like the idea behind merging Festinger Vault and GrootMade into something better for the long term. It looks promising, and I'm cautiously optimistic. I'll be watching how things develop.

Been a customer since 2022, back when the founder was operating under a different brand. Overall the product was great — the plugins worked well and it was a solid value. Like any growing company they went through some changes and down times, but things have come back strong now under Grootmade. The product looks great and even with some expected growing pains from the relaunch, the experience so far has been really positive. Happy to be a continuing customer and looking forward to seeing where they take it.

Grootmade formerly festingervault have made my life so easy! New ui is really slick. Better than ever.

Well in every company does have some ups and downs, but they are resilient.

Been using this tool since 2023 quite amazing, having access on most popular plugins and themes, another feature I like most is where you can request if it's not available on the library.
The best part is the white label features, where you can be able to own it the plugin according to your preference.
In terms of supports, they are very active.

Well basically all the 5 star reviews on this site are done by people hoping that their lifetime license (transferred from festinger vaut) will be activated. It's like a blackmail of sorts in order to restore the already purchased licenses. Whether they actually reactivate them or not I do not know! I would presume not. But as requested by their team I am also leaving a review on Trustpilot.

Good site! They’re building afresh.

Anyone who reads the reviews of Grootmade will probably wonder why there are either only good reviews or only bad ones. For a long time, I wasn’t happy with the situation either; it wasn’t easy for Martin and his team, and as a result, Festinger Vault was barely usable. We were promised that everything would turn out for the best, and I always believed that the time would eventually come!
The wait was worth it, and the new Grootmade is truly a professional plugin that meets my expectations. It was announced that existing Festinger Vault Lifetime users would not be migrated to Grootmade due to verbal attacks on the team. That caused some resentment. But because I showed understanding and patience regarding the situation, my Lifetime account was migrated to Grootmade after all. So, treating each other with kindness and respect is rewarded. Setting aside all the backstory: Anyone getting to know Grootmade for the first time now will see that it really is a professional offering.
