Roborock vacuum at 220 volts

I had been concerned about many bad reviews but my experience was positive and I would do business with them again. They had an item that was out of stock in the United States and they fully met what was listed on their website.

Fast response and friendly customer support! I recently purchased some GPUs since these models were not available in the United States (or available but sitting at steeper price). I was hesitant to buy from grooves.land at first but after looking up the website and seeing that they were a legit business, I decided to make the purchase.

This is easily one of my new favorite websites ever. I would even put them in the league of Newegg and Microcenter based on how professional and competitive their prices are. Based on my own price matching, they even beat Amazon, Microcenter, and Newegg with the product ranges and prices.

Obviously I would rather support local supply shops because it's much greener in the long run, but if stock was an issue and if I could get a significantly better price somewhere else, I'd rather wait a couple of weeks to get the product I actually want instead of settling for something else that I would have to replace somewhat soon-ish.

Only slight hitch was the language barrier on the website, (German) which sometimes crops its head up. Otherwise this site allowed me to purchase as a guest, without asking for phone numbers and codes and all of that other unnecessary Orwellian malarkey. My order arrived quickly and in pristine condition. Thank you!

Ordered 2 vinyl records back in 11/7/2022.
It's March 2024.

I purchased a network switch that according to there website was in stock, I waited 6 days for them to dispatch I then asked for a refund, the day I asked for a refund they dispatched it! no reply to my email nothing. According to the tracking it stayed in Germany for a few days then Holland for a few more days eventually arriving in the U.K customs had it for a few more days eventually arriving in my local postal depo. it was held waiting customs payment after a week I eventually managed to get the code to pay a custom fee of £51:28!!!!! So after ordering it so far its taken 20 days and still don't have it, its a couple of more days before delivery. dreadful company will never use them again
