Do not purchase from this company! Paid for an order that was never delivered. Provided written proof from the U.S post office that the package was lost but the company declined to replace the shipment or refund my purchase.

I do not recommend very slow shipping if I was ordering from china. two weeks and when I got a tracking number and probably another two for delivery, I do not know yet in what condition.

I wouldn't have normally bought from Grooves Inc, especially given some of the reviews here, but they had an item for sale that I was having trouble finding elsewhere for a reasonable price. Since I wasn't sure about the company, I used a virtual credit card number. I got an email confirmation about the order, a receipt email the next business day and a shipping notification 3 business days from the order date. Since the package was sent from the Netherlands it took a while to get here. The USPS shipping/tracking page didn't show any updates for over 2 weeks after it showed that the package was accepted in the Netherlands. But it finally made it to the US and then I could see regular tracking updates until it was delivered. It was delivered exactly 1 month after the order was placed. The item was packaged well and arrived in great condition.

Bought 2 games in Jan 14, and they never bothered sending them. When I went to check my order days apart, they kept changing the shipment day from late January, to early February and now it's March. Don't have an item on stock, don't sell it.

I made the mistake of ordering a cpu through grooves not knowing that it was a german company. (my fault for not doing research before purchasing) I ordered it on December 10, it is now January 9. They did not even get the package ready until Dec 23. Tracking hasn’t updated since. Still no cpu. Starting to get worried that i will never get it and i’ll be out almost $180. I could never seem to find a cancel order button either. I know grooves has cheaper prices than other websites but just avoid them anyway. Ridiculous and i’m pissed

Update January 23: still no cpu

Item still not arrived was a Xmas present ask for a refund on the 20 December then was told it’s need dispatched..... then if it’s not arrived by the 20 th January contact them ???,,,
Another 4 weeks really poor corespondents

I was exceptionally uncomfortable with making a purchase from grooves-inc.com, because all 2020 reviews said their items didn’t arrive and a lengthy refund communication had to take place. But reviews from before 2020 all said they had great experience and as long as you can wait for longer shipping, it’s a trusted site.

So I decided to place an order for 2 coffee makes you cannot buy for reasonable cost in US. Total of just over $100. So enough to care if it didn’t get shipped.

Took a few hours to get an order confirmation and there was no order # even before then. So seemed .. sketchy. And then once a week I’d check the site to see any updates and there were none. A tracking number did appear, but it didn’t have any information. And it wasn’t until 3 weeks into it that I saw tracking details showing the items just a few days away.

But then items arrived and 1-2 days earlier than estimated. And in great condition, with not a single thing to note as a negative.

So, I wanted to add a positive and detailed review of my experience for anyone who can’t quite trust this site. It’s most certainly not a scam and you are very likely to receive what order. Worst cases I’ve read about are those where customers need to get refunded and always do.
So take a leap! They are selling items at far better cost than anywhere else and unless you need it fast and by X date.. this might be one of the best priced you can find.

I tried to buy a music CD from Grooves Inc (a German CD which is not available elsewhere). I tried to pay with my MasterCard, and it was declined. Then I immediately got a message from my bank fraud department. They told me that the business claiming the money was Ten Dance Media, not Grooves Inc., and that they (the bank) declined it. Thank goodness. But now my card is no good, and I have to get another one. Normally, I wouldn't mind waiting for a new one, but this is 6 days before Christmas in the middle of a pandemic, for heaven's sake! Now I can't buy on Amazon or on any of the legitimate online businesses!

Received defective CD from Grooves. They asked me to send a photo of the defective disc to them four times (?!?) before I finally had to open a lengthy PayPal dispute to get them to do anything. Terrible customer service.

SCAM!!! DON'T DO IT! I was trying to order a Bosch vacuum cleaner for £150 LESS than Amazon. Got to checkout and Barclaycard blocked the payment. I went though the auto verification and tried again, having confirmed to the bank that it was me, and again they blocked it. I phoned the bank ready to give them a hiding and they said this company is blocked by Barclaycard due to fraud. Thank god they redlist sketchy sites, or I'd have been £275 down... Amazon, here we come. If the banks don't even trust them, what does that say to us?!?!

I don't know what this site says cause I'm not German but I wanted to leave a feedback for a vinyl I got from grooves Inc. ...it came in perfect condition, I can't play it because I don't own a record player yet, but I trust it will be perfectly fine. thank you for your service! this was the vinyl of my dreams ❤️ I'll leave another review when I'll play it for the first time!

My credit card just got blocked after I tried to purchase something from this site. They stole the info and tried to buy some vinyl records in Germany.

I’ve never written a review before, but after hearing about the gang of fools who have chosen to disbelieve the science of mask wearing I would like to say that I recently sold a bunch of vinyl records to this store. I found them to be friendly and courteous and very professional. They treated me with respect and gave me a fair price and made me feel welcome even though I am 68 years old and could be their grandpa. It’s a really cool store with a huge selection and great prices. Go there, you’ll be happy you did! As Mr.T would say, “I pity the fools”!

BEWARE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM GROOVES. They are thieves. I bought a product last April but did not receive any form of confirmation or product. The payment is done. Repeatedly reached out and they promise that they are looking for a solution but nothing is done with it. My bank also confirms that the payment was successful. They even gave me transaction codes so Grooves can track the payment in their system but Grooves is not willing to investigate this. No product and money is gone. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

I witnessed a video of the owner f bombing a customer who was very politely trying to educate the owner of Grooves that he could not wear a mask. The owner kept verbally assaulting the customers and then proceeded to throw dirty used gloves at the customer telling him to f off! Horrible. I would never for any reason use this business.

Well I am so glad I have read peoples reviews as I was about to place a large order....

I always check companies are good before I make a purchase and I was just about to buy when I realised I hadn't done the checks on this one, judging by the reviews, thank goodness I never!

1 lost customer....well done for your lack of customer services AND unwillingness to give people their items

Poor handling of an issue. Not sure why I was treated so poorly. Did all I can. Please see Google review for details of a CD that never came and the difficulty I had to go thru to still no avail. No post office would handle despite proof. Unlike two years ago when a CD never showed up, I was not shipped any replacement.

No customer service what's so ever pay extra and buy elsewhere

Ordered Gigaset of 3 phones which need 4 uk adapters as they are German market items--not mentioned on the UK website. I purchased 2 pin adapters from Amazon but the German pins are too small and do not fit properly. Tried to contact support several times via email, and have not had the courtesy of a reply---will not use again
