All good for me
Used them several times now with no problems. Good source for various good quality German electronic/computer brands rather than the Chinese stuff sold by certain online retailers.

Great Product. Great Price. Great Company
Until Brexit destroys the benefit, Grooves.Land is going in my bookmarks as the first place to look when I want electronics.
I wanted a new trackball to replace my ageing Logitech M570. Although I could have just got another one of those, the MX Ergo had caught my eye and I decided to get one of those.
Grooves.Land's price was by far the best, and apart from a small supplement when paying by Paypal, shipping was free. It only took about a week to get here, was well-packaged, and is an excellent piece of kit.
This company performed at 100%. Highly recommended.

A good music store with a reliable and friendly customers' service staff
I buy music at Grooves Inc since years and I was never disappointed. Their typical red packages with my albums are Always arrived showing the product as intended. One day I was expecting an album since two weeks (a rare case related to my postal service) they sent me another copy and when the other one arrived we friendly manage the second purchase via mail. Two times the product ordered was not in stock and they gave me a fast refound. In the second case, in recent times, they apologized for this giving me a coupon of 2 euros plus obviously the refound (2 euros on a refound of 6.69 euros). Each time I asked them infos for various needs they Always replied quickly and in a friendly way.
I also recommend the store for their prices. Of course stuffs are not so cheap as in the past years but we can still find super offers at 1,00 euro or buy new releases for an amount of 10 euros circa. Not so bad, especially if one has some patience to check the website with a certain frequency. I still made some good purchases at Grooves Inc
Am I an exigent customer? yes. and this is because I Always deal with sellers in the same way I want see them dealing with me. Simple rule that Grooves Staff follow in a polite way.
