Can't Contact Customer Support

I am from Canada and I ordered a few face masks from here in October and thought it odd that I was not charged or given an estimation for shipping. But I figured they would just invoice me later when they had an estimate and I could pay then. It's been over a month and when I went to follow up near the beginning of December, I found the Contact email they gave did not work, with my email bouncing right back. I guess I'm out a few euros as I don't know how to get ahold of the company to inquire about the status of my order. Disappointing because they are only one company that had the product I wanted. :(
