This company do no pay their landlords on time. Since their name change and change of director they are keeping the rent money that has been paid to them for a much longer time than is necessary, over 10 days in my case.

Grosvrnorestate.net is big fraud company and they do not pay rent to landlords and donot pay deposit back to tenants.
They have changed their property name three times in last one year to avoid paying landlord or avoid complaints. They were Ram Agent then chsnged to eazyproperty and now Grosvenor estate ltd. There address is 118 Pall Mall, St James's, London SW1Y 5EA
