No more socks to bed!
I have worn socks to bed for most of my adult life. I have a grounding mat at the bottom of my bed where I put my feet each night. They start to warm up immediately. This allows me to go right to sleep! Not sure what this means to you but my little dog can find the placement of the mat right away from atop the duvet and she curls up right on it without being able to see it!

Positive experience so far.
It took longer than I had expected for my fitted sheet/mat bundle to arrive as I didn’t realize it was coming from a country outside of the Inited States. I have never had trouble sleeping so I can not say I can sleep now but I do believe I sleep deeper now than I previously have. I purchased the grounding sheet to help with the inflamation in my feet and ankles- I have been using the sheet 3 weeks and have not seen a noticeable improvement yet. I do appreciate when I email the company a question I do get a response in a timely manner. The sheet is soft and comfortable.

This product is amazing
This product is amazing, just 3 nights in and I’m already waking up more rested and some aches and pains are lessening. And the customer service is top notch! I emailed with questions and they replied in a couple of hours. I highly recommend.

Grounding is an Integral Component of Health & Wellbeing
I regularly engage with so many recovery modalities and intentional therapeutics that it can sometimes become difficult to distinguish which have which positive effects on me. That being said, I know that physically grounding barefoot on the earth has had a tremendously positive impact on me, and I trust that using the grounding sheet is further fortifying my health and wellbeing and so plan to continue using it.
