While I've only been using the grounding mat from Groundingessentials for a short period of time, I am 100% sold. I bought a 200x200 grounding sheet for my bed, having wanted to give this a try for ages (I work as a healer and am very sensitive to energies).

The sheet arrived as a 160x200 size, which fits my daughter‘s bed. I was so curious so I decided to keep it anyway and put it on her bed. Just sitting on it I could instantly feel how strongly it works - my 8-dear old, too! She reports sleeping a lot better and her mood is improved a lot!

High quality materials!

For the longest time i'd get up feeling like I hadn't slept at all, no matter how long I was in bed. I tried all sort of things, pills etc. but in two weeks I was back to my regular waking up in the middle of the night. So i got the grounding mat from this company Grounding Essentials and things started improving. I'm sleeping through most nights now and feel refreshed when i wake up, it's not flawless every night but change is legit. I recommend it, if you want better sleep, you should give it a shot.
