Wouldn't use again.
Returned my item and waited 2 weeks for a refund and I only received it because I contacted the company to chase it up

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a mattress topper £149.99. Next working day I got an email saying it was on its way, a label had been created and they gave me a fedex tracking number. Almost 2 weeks later Fedex still don't have the package. I have emailed them twice - no response. I have tried to call - only to get a message saying there is no-one to answer the phone due to Covid! Beginning to think this is a scam company (despite glowing review of the product on Which) and I will have to go to bank to get my money back.

Ordered a airfryer from b and q sold by this verified seller
First I had to chase up the delivery as it was not dispatched within the delivery timeframe
Once it finally arrived I found out that the unit came with the wrong plug for UK sockets, rendering it unusable right out of the box.
Attempting to use an adapter in this case would likely be a fire risk
I had to return the product, and was further irritated when the reason for return was listed as "change of mind" rather than acknowledging the manufacturing or distribution error

Their products are not as described. Trying to get them to authorise & send a return label is challenging. Purchased through Debenhams thought they were better than this.

Do not buy from these people. They sent the wrong size garden bench. There is no useable contact number…only one that says it has been taken out of order ‘ due to Covid’ yet they still advertise it. They never answer email contacts…have given up after 3 tries. They are nothing short of a scam.
Avoid like the plague.

Avoid!!! I wish you could select zero stars. Where to start...... false advertising, appalling customer service, they sent the wrong item and will not do anything at all to help, no level of customer service at all just ignored.
Don't waste your money on this con artist!

I purchased a Christmas LED outside tree and to say quality of the product was poor is an understatement. It’s unfit for purchase. Wish I had read reviews on this companies products as they are clearly horrendous. Thanks for ruining my Xmas display and wasting money I don’t have!

Update 18 Nov:Finally after much tooing and froing with Wowcher a cover for the drier arrived...and yep you guessed it the wrong cover was sent. You had all the details of the order, even a photo and still you couldn't get it right!
Do not purchase anything from Groundlevel!
I purchased a 3 tiered heated airer with cover from this company through Wowcher. The drier arrived with no cover. I contacted Groundlevel through the 'need help' link on Wowcher to tell them the cover was missing and received a very curt reply telling me not to contact them through that portal and to go through Wowcher...which is exactly what I did. I tried to contact them again and again through Wowcher but have heard nothing at all and judging by the other reviews on here clearly won't! Wowcher are not interested in resolving the issue so that's another poor TP review coming up. Groundlevel clearly selling something that is not as advertised.

Purchased mattress topper through Debenhams with this company. Definitely recommend as it was great quality and very thick but had to return as not suitable for me but the price was excellent too.
Dealt with Phoebe by email and the return was sorted swiftly and refunded straightaway after I sent proof of return💫5 star service thanks Phoebe 🙏🏻💫

This company is tied into another one called Out & Out, also terrible reviews.

ordered 2 sets of furniture, cancelled one and they still tried to deliver it and charge me delivery (i cancelled it about a month before it was even sent) the 2nd one, they went over a month past the delivery date, kept ignoring emails, promised refunds, i never got anything. I had to do a charge back through my card provider. they're definitely dodgy and you need to avoid them like the plague!

Horrendous company!! Ordered suitcase from Debenhams. They weren't suitable. No returns label in the box. Contacted ground level via email. I was sent a bar code to scan my return. Apparently a refund was issued in August via PayPal. I still have not received it. Please do not use the company.

Bought my voucher through Wowcher for a mattress topper through this company - Groundlevel. Was due to be delivered by 8th October.. I still haven’t received it. I received a fake email from Evri saying they are waiting on my parcel.
I have tried to get in touch with them, they have no phone line and have had no replies to emails. Awful service.
Then contacted Wowcher who I thought were a reputable company through there WhatsApp channel and again I’m being ignored.
These companies DO NOT CARE and allow SCAM companies such as Ground Level on their site.
I will not let this go. I want my money back. My next step, this afternoon, is to go to Trading Standards as I’m being ignored by all parties.
If someone wants to deal with my complaint, I will edit this review to show how it gets resolved.
Really wish I had done a simple search on the company before buying, the reviews tell you everything you need to know. AVOID!

This company sells on Wowcher . I ordered a table which arrived damaged. Asked for return through Wowcher. It was like pulling teeth. Months it took to get a response. Returned to Groundlevel says on their return they will refund postage if item was damaged. Noone replies 5 months later still waiting for someone to reply to me. Disgusting lack of customer service. Do not purchase anything from this company

3 set suitcase bought August 2023.. used one for the first time this September 2024, and it breaks!! Firstly part of the suitcase stand breaks and then the zip lock wouldn’t open!!! I practised the code several times before packing the case for my holiday and it worked… get home and had to break into the suitcase!!

Bought through Wowcher 2 large garden planters 1 arrived perfect no problem second had bottom missing and one side not stained properly returned faulty one through evri and tracked for delivery. Delivered 12 days ago to Groundlevel who have not refunded evri fees or notified whether replacement will be sent or refund. Cannot contact company only through e-mail,and they do not respond. Have not had any problem with this company with items ordered in the past but items also not faulty. Obviously they do not want to sort out any problems with their items so would not order from them again as if item faulty they not willing so sort out. Very poor customer service.

I ordered a Bamboo Memory Foam Mattress Topper £74.99 through Wowcher
The item I received was totally different a Soft Touch Microfibre Topper which is £40 cheaper
Emailed them and 5 days on still no response
No telephone system in place number no longer used by them apparently
Disgraceful
Don’t even deserve 1 star if a zero was an option would of gave it

Do not use. I would not even give a star if I could.

I ordered an egg chair via the Debenhams website which came faulty (rusty & missing parts).

When Debenhams passed me over to them to organise a return or replacement the custom service has been awful with unprofessional emails sent.

Unfortunately this affliated company is a bad relection on Debenhams.

This company does not deserve any stars at all. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing the garden trimmer. I made the order through B&Q’s website so wasn’t aware that it was a third party company that would be responsible until my order arrived with several missing parts and I couldn’t return.
The phone number on the website says Closed due to Covid.
I’ve emailed several times but no acknowledgement or response from them whatsoever. Absolutely disgusting and fraudulent company.
Needs to be shut down.

I purchased a garden recliner with cushion from this company unfortunately the cushion let it down no fault of this company just bad production from the manufacture. They went above and beyond to help me and to resolve this problem you judge company when things go wrong not when everything runs properly, this was no fault of this company. They were superb. I would recommend them to everybody five star plus

I purchased 2 tables from this company via wowcher.
I only recieved one table which arrived damaged.
You can only contact them via WhatsApp. They are very slow at responding to messages which they are either choosing to ignore or they are very busy sorting out other customer complaints?
Have messaged them numerous times to send me a returns label for a refund for my order which I can't get until the damaged table is returned.
Wowcher will not refund me until the damaged table is returned back to Groundlevel.
From other comments the best avenue to take is probably speaking to your bank about getting the money back.
