Well Managed

Hayfield Lakes Clophill is the first property I have lived in which uses Ground Solutions UK to manage the estate land. All the grass, landscaped areas and roads have been maintained to a high standard. Questions relating to the managed land have been answered quickly by Sarah Perry. I have found Ground Solutions open to changing contractors to improve service and value

Totally useless

Totally useless. Turn up, do absolute bare minimum but keep increasing the bill !! Not quite sure how that works. How hard is it to cut grass and keep somewhere half tidy. What a joke.

I’ve had a consistently positive

I’ve had a consistently positive experience with Ground Solution, and I’d especially like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Steve. He is incredibly kind, responsive, and always goes above and beyond to assist the residents in our building.

Whether it's taking and sending photos of meter readings or coordinating access for engineers to the meter room, Steve handles every request promptly and professionally. His attention to detail and willingness to help—no matter how small the task—truly makes a difference. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and thoughtful in building management.

Ground Solution is lucky to have Steve on the team, and as residents, we’re even luckier. Highly recommended!

Just thieves

Just thieves! In 8 years the only thing they have done is collecting money. It does not matter how many times we complaint about their lack of service. Some neighbours even decide not to pay them anymore. Now moving to another house, and I have to pay a fee of more than £200... just to change a name and bank account details! As I said, thieves.

Now I’ve FINALLY moved and don’t have to deal with such an inept firm - I will gladly give my feedback.

They did absolutely SFA, never repaired things flagged, rarely swept streets, barely cut grass.

They’re absolutely pathetic.

I can’t say enough how terrible this total fraud of a company are

Absolute Scammers

Absolute Scammers - trying to move house and they have charged £250 to get our name changed for a management pack, £250 for a deed of variance and then £750 + Vat for their solicitors fees. They appear to do nothing on the estate. DWH appointed them but they arent interested, its disgusting.

Dire. Consistently dire.

Dire. Utterly and consistently dire. The only thing Ground Solutions does with any energy or enthusiasm or talent, is chase Service Charge arrears. If it's a decent Property Management firm you're after, with conscientious helpful staff, go elsewhere!

Parking issues

We have just brought a property my husband has a van due to hes work and each time he comes on the car park we are slapped with a fine no one told us u couldn't park a van on the car park so now we are going to have to sell our property because we can't park our van anywhere what a joke of a company I mean what harm is a van doing when its. out the way of other cars so it's not blocking anyone in I dont no why we pay them any money ive been complaining about the panels on the doors and still nothing has been done about it they are a complete waste of time and such a horrible company.

Great management company!

We are a small housing estate in the midlands and grounds solutions are our managing agent. The grounds are beautifully kept and the service has been really good so far. I’m glad I decided to do this review after reading some of the others-it’s made me mindful how we always take to trust pilot/google reviews etc.. when we have negative experiences. If you’re thinking of purchasing a property that’s managed by ground solutions please don’t let the negative reviews put you off! My experience is totally the opposite!!

Excellent service

We have changed over to Grounds solutions over the last 3 months. The service we have received so far is excellent.
Nicole our property manager is always ready to help and respond in a friendly and professional way whenever contacted.
Our grounds are back in excellent shape.
After 9 years of the previous management company who gave abysmal service they are a breath of fresh air, please may you continue this great service.

An uplifting review !

We have been with Ground Solutions for over 10 years , we are a small development of 16 properties. The services we have from them has been excellent over the years , as with all management companies, we have had times when things haven't alway been as we would have like however issues have been dealt with in a timely , efficient and pleasant way.They take care of our grounds maintenance, pay our suppliers on time .Sort out issues such as compliance with all manor of regulations needed these days and generally keep us ticking along. Recently, our excellent manager Sarah Perry had been taken ill so therefore another manager stepped up at short notice , Sarah Riddell. She has taken great care in her very reassuring and professional manner .All I can say that both managers have been out standing. We can talk to them , they listen ( which a lot of management agencies don't!) and act on requests. We always get an answer to emails and calls.We now have a new grounds manager Will Pointon who has taken up the reigns as we look forwards to working with him.As a owner of three rental properties myself , I am well aware of management companies and how well they " manage" and Ground Solutions have risen above all of them.

Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely dreadful! There are weeds everywhere, our attractive new development is starting to look extremely unkept!
We've asked several times about weeding but no response.
I would never recommend them!

GREAT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

I have been involved with property generally for over 40 years, more so with Lettings. Everytime I have telephoned Ground Solutions they have been excellent, friendly and helpful.

One of our apartments had water coming through to the ceiling and walls. Over the years I have dealt with a high level of Managing Agents, Ground Solutions, dealt with this immediately and communicated with me. Sarah in particular has given an excellent professional service. The best Managing Agent I have dealt with. Thank you to all the staff.

Not value for money

Not value for money. They are happy to increase the service charge for groundwork every year but there are weeds growing on the edge of roadways and pavements most of the summer and they do not respond when you report issues with roads or paving, obvious subsidence to the edge of a drain out side my house, repeatedly reported on their portal but zero response from Ground Solutions. Useless.

Absolutely appalling in every aspect

Absolutely appalling in every aspect, from 'Maintaining' the Grounds on our Estate, to their disgusting mannered Customer Service Agents who all appear to have God Complex. We have been requesting some Paperwork for the last Five Years, they never respond to Emails and above all they never come round to the Estate to actually do any Maintenance! It's an absolute disgrace and should be shut down. I'd be happy to pay the charges if someone else took over the contract and actually did the work that we are meant to be paying for. It's all an absolute scam and judging by these Reviews I am most certainly not the only person who thinks so!

Emails are never acknowledged

Have sent numerous emails as unable to log into their customer portal all of a sudden, emails have been sent to general email address and the portal email address, this has been ongoing for over a week and not one email has been acknowledged. I’m unable to check the yearly accounts which they have warned leaseholders of a balance outstanding for them going over their estimate.
Not the first time emails haven’t been acknowledged that I’ve sent regarding communal areas.
Unable to call due to being in work during their opening times.

Not even worthy of one star.

Not even worthy of one star.
We were managed by GS from 2021 - 2023 and gave them over £3000. We were never actually provided with proper management service & the whole company is a shambles. I’m surprised they’re even still running. We are currently trying to reclaim our funds back, some of that was a bill that was incorrectly issued to us and we paid. Haven’t heard anything since June 2023 and we are currently seeking legal advice.
