I contacted baby bell head office
I contacted baby bell head office, as the baby bells I purchased tasted horrible. At first they were responsive via email and agreed to send out some vouchers.
To the value of £5.00, when I queried where I could use them I was asked loads of accusatory questions via their Facebook chat. They were more concerned what they looked like and who issued them, then took ages to reply. When they did it was confirmed I can only use one voucher per purchase which had to be the value of the voucher or less then. To say they only gave me £5.00 this seems pointless, I may as well returned them to Asda for a full refund. When I questioned it, of course I got no response.
