We had abdullah who was great. We did ATVs and Dune Bashing which was such fun. Abdullah was a great tour guide!

I have also dealt with refunds twice. The refund process was also easy.

The salon is absolutely stunning! The service from the receptionist was out of this world — she’s incredibly kind, generous, and understanding. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.

The quality of their gel extensions is outstanding. I’ve had bad experiences in the past and was worried they might hurt once they started to grow out, but it’s been almost two and a half weeks since my appointment and they still look and feel amazing. The craftsmanship and quality are truly exceptional.

You must try this salon — it’s officially my forever favorite! This was my first visit, but I can guarantee it won’t be my last.

You can dine in luxury places with half price and it's very beneficial especially for a group.

First time travelling to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, I found Groupon UAE very helpful in looking for the things to see and do without paying the full price. Our Safari experience was awesome! I just initially had some trouble booking but it was fixed by their friendly customer support

A complete farce! If you want a great experience, choose other Dhow Cruises - not this one. Ill explain my experience.
After sitting down, we were offered juices - . After order was taken, the staff tells us this is outside the package and we have to pay for it. We already gave our order - so I decided to go along. 5 glasses of juice = 100 AED.

Then suddenly this Egyptian looking person comes upstairs, with a Nikon camera. Comes to my table, starts taking pictures of my children, and then myself. This was something he did to each table. He left. 30 Minutes later, he returned and had printed photos and presented them to me, and said, that would be 150 AED. I looked at him, and said, you took photos, you never asked if I wanted them printed. He got agitated and starts saying he has made a loss etc, and eventually forced me to buy one. This is a ploy - be on your guard.
As one user already complained, they offer 2 pcs of meat if you ask for it. I think they are looking to conserve what they have, so they can eat at the end themselves. Never ever going on this particular cruise again.

PLEASE AVOID FOR YOUR HEALTH AND MONEY. THIS IS SERIOUS TROUBLE AND THEY JUST CARED ABOUT SCAMMING YOU THE MONEY.

Very poor customer service would not recommend to anyone

I had 2 vouchers that expired due to emergencies like a death in the family and requested a refund with no avail.
