The staff was too kind
The food was good

I bought a voucher and they charged me 150 instead of the display price of 111. I tried so many times to contact the customer support but nothing happened and the contact function itself is not working. Apparently it’s their business model to snatch money and run

Amazing restaurant

The hotel and the staff were amazing. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff greeted us with kindness and compassion, as I had purchased the wrong Groupon. We went here for a girls' getaway trip, and we all agreed our rooms were nice, the facilities were clean, and the pool was simply perfect. This stay was well worth the cost.

Price was lower than direct. But not sure they provided what was promised or not.

Booked a VIP desert safari and it was shocking. We got moved from car to car and different drivers, they clearly overbooked so we just went to a piece of desert and did the dune bashing away from the main group. We had a lot of waiting around in the heat and then when we got to the camp they tried saying I hadn’t booked the VIP part and would have to pay extra for that despite it clearly stating on the voucher that I had already purchased it. Then when we were going back to the hotel he decided to drop off the other passenger despite use going past our hotel twice. Shocking communication and definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I had a very negative experience using this app. I bought a coupon for a beauty salon once, both the first and the last time. The beauty salon I went to. The quality of the materials and the professionalism were terrible. That I had to run away from there without finishing the procedures that I had paid for. And after I complained about it in this app, they never returned my money, citing that the offer was the last day.

I loved the experience, but think the characters are to on top of one another. Needs to be more spread out. Don’t also like the photographer asking the whole time to take our pictures. Was abit annoying

Groupon makes exploring and enjoying new places accessible and reasonable. The deals are amazing and really helps with getting to know what is in the area and the reviews makes it easy to decide on a voucher to treat yourself or give as a gift.

It was great using Groupon apps . We got discounts in ice skating rink in Society Dubai at Mirdiff.

The featured services are of very very low quality. Yet, the negative reviews are served last even if one will filter by latest reviews only positive will come up from earlier dates.
Secondly, the service provider asked me if they can refund my groupon so my review will be deleted. This assumes that all negative experiences are allowed to be covered up by low quality service providers.
Overall, I don't think I will use groupon any longer.

The grooming service for my cats. The clinic I took from Groupon was the worst service I have made my cats go through. Groupon should verify the level of services provided by these clinics before they add them to the list of recommended clinics. Won’t use this app no more

The full grooming service I took from the Vienna vet clinic was the worst ever. Their hair cut was a complete disaster. I won’t use any services on this app anymore and I won’t recommend it for anyone. Even after we informed the clinic no actions have been done.
