One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in this country. It deserves zero stars, but unfortunately, that isn't an option.

Firstly, they refused to honour the Groupon voucher deal, tried to set their own terms and conditions instead. Secondly, the food was terrible. The beef burger meal was so hard that it hurt my jaws and came with no chips. The eggs were badly cooked, and I’ve never seen a cheese slice just thrown on top of an omelette. To top it off, I ordered a mango smoothie but was served a strange "chef’s version" of a vanilla milkshake that looked nothing like the menu description.
I now understand why this place is empty while the rest of the shopping centre is buzzing. To the owner: if you are serious about this business, hire a proper cook and barista. Don't waste people’s time with unskilled staff. From the service to the food, this is easily the worst meal I’ve had in Australia.
Do yourself a favour: skip this Groupon deal and spend your money elsewhere. The only saving grace was the two waitresses, who remained polite throughout our meal.

Merchant for Office Professional Licence terminated agreement with GROUPON - Groupon was aware but did not notify me. When trying to redeem voucher, it was unsuccessful. Online chat advised it was a backend issue with the vendor, however they eventually did not repeat this lie but admitted the vendor did not want to deal with them. Clearly a breach of contract....Online chat and email follow ups with a Supervisor extremely frustrating as they continuously obfuscate the issue, hoping you will accept their paltry offer of credit to spend at Groupon. They just don't get that they are shonks and I do not wish anything to do with them other than to be fully reimbursed plus a consideration for exposing their shonky deals..

No way to have direct contact, no tracking only chat and always generic reply.

I purchased a dinner and show voucher for my wife and family $420 for her birthday. She has multiple sclerosis and has had a tough year. We purchased the voucher in June 2025 and went to redem in April 2026 only to find the fine print that we'd clearly missed. The voucher expired 3 months after purchase, no reminder, no options to extend. When I reached out to Groupon, I was met with a brick wall. No refunds no extension. A small amount, I could understand but this is not a small amount for us.

Easy process and very simple and very straight forward. Took only a few minutes to get up and running.

The Microsoft Office for MAC software is a scam, it downloads an additional package that's an activation crack, this is illegal and should be reported to microsoft. There is NO legitimate key provided for the software. It downlads a serializer package, thats the smaller file pretending to be a licence. There is no legitimate key. THis is the same rubbish you'll find on ThePirateBay.

Only allowed to use voucher during weekdays - which was there in the very fine print. Shame on you Groupon.

I purchased a Japan travel package through Groupon that was advertised as a 10-day trip including 9 nights of accommodation, flights, and guided excursions. Unfortunately, the experience did not fully match what was promoted in the deal description.

The deal stated 9 nights accommodation, however the itinerary we ultimately received only included 8 nights. While the itinerary was later confirmed before ticketing, the original advertisement clearly presented the package as including 9 nights, which was a key factor in deciding to purchase the deal.

There were also several other issues that reduced the overall value of the package:

We were required to pay an additional $598 after purchase in order to proceed with booking.

Checked baggage was not included, which was an extra cost not obvious from the main deal description.

The Osaka open-top bus tour commentary was not understandable, which significantly reduced the value of that activity.

The Kyoto tour listed as a “Morning Full Day Tour” turned out to be only a half-day tour, which was confusing based on the wording in the deal.

The package was described as an immersive experience with guided highlights, but most days were actually self-guided with optional tours at extra cost.

Japan itself was fantastic and we still enjoyed the destination, but the package delivered did not fully align with the expectations created by the Groupon promotion.

I raised these issues with Groupon after the trip, however the response was that the merchant confirmed the services were delivered as agreed, so no compensation or refund was provided.

My advice to anyone considering travel deals through Groupon is to read the fine print very carefully and clarify all inclusions before booking, as the headline description may not reflect the full details of the itinerary.

I’ve used Groupon several times and overall I find it reliable and good value for money. The platform is easy to use, and there are many deals available for restaurants, activities, and local services.

In my experience, the discounts can be quite significant, which makes it a great way to try new places or services at a lower cost. As long as you read the deal details and choose merchants with good reviews, the experience can be very positive.

Overall, Groupon is a trustworthy platform and a convenient way to find good deals.

the two guys worked harder than I have ever seen at other car wash venues

As soon as you walked into the restaurant, the ambience and atmosphere felt as if you were in Italy. The warm and friendly staff were exceptionally accommodating. The meals were absolutely excellent and there was very little waiting time between ordering and having our meals served to us. The service from the waiters and waitresses was absolutely exemplary. Huge compliments to the chefs and waitresses for a very enjoyable evening. I would, without a doubt, highly recommend La Dolce Vita, to everyone.

Once issues sort it was easy to use purchased product.

My wife purchased tickets through Groupon and when we went to book with the company they said there is a problem with the Groupon ticket. As they cannot get the money from Groupon they can't let us on the tour. Goto the Groupon website and there are no contact phone numbers. Tour group trying to help us out.

I have bought a coupon for going to dreamworld with my friends yesterday. As I bought it as a guest and have not received the coupon, as wasn’t able to resend. I was going to the park yesterday, because it was my last day in Gold coast, so I had to buy a new coupon. Before buying it I have tried to contact them, but they don’t have a live chat. Sent an email explaining the situation, since not receiving the coupon was not my fault. The next day only they replied, and they said they cannot do anything. Even though it is not my fault they said I need to keep the useless coupon (I don’t live in Australia) and no refund and cancelation of the unused coupon can be done. So I pay for their mistake.

Very friendly efficient service, dry happy with my experience

Purchased a lip tattoo deal with Artisan Brows for lip blushing $300 with touchup. The lip blushing gave no results from day one. Total waste of money! Lots of pain and no results. Tegan did not apply the numbing cream and waited for it to take effect. Started work straight after applying the numbing cream, that's why it was so painful.
Tegan just ignored my messages after 6 weeks for a touchup. Very unprofessional!
