constantly rescheduled the appointment, sent the wrong address, doesn't answer the phone but pushes the call away. No response. Voucher was redeemed although no treatment was available.
Now I try to get my money back

Good service, very polite stuff and delicious food. Stuff supported us through reservation and ordering process.
Inconsistent and poor customer service
While the vendor indicated that the Groupon was non-refundable, the performers I wanted to see were cancelled and so I asked Groupon for a refund or credit towards my purchase, one week before the event. I had at least four other friends who purchased the same Groupon and got refunds. My case was escalated and since the turnaround time was 7 days, the vendor had time to mark my Groupon as redeemed even though I didn’t attend the event. Groupon refused to give me a refund or credit because the ticket was shown as redeemed even though I provided them with evidence of the show changing and there was no indication I even opened my voucher. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Not worth it
The Ballett was not professional. I expected professional dancers in a professional environment but all I got were amateurs. Also the music was just out of cheap boxes and even tough we got the most expensive tickets we couldn't see the feet. The stage was so low and the whole concept was just so unprofessional.

I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with Groupon has been nothing short of heartbreaking and exhausting. I booked a one-night stay at the Holiday Inn in Richmond, BC for December 21, 2023, as a special holiday getaway for my pregnant wife—our last chance for a little Christmas magic before the baby arrives. Despite having an email confirmation for December 21, my reservation didn’t appear in my Groupon history until I reached out to Support, and then it was inexplicably marked as expired.
For five long hours, I pleaded with Groupon’s chat support. Each time, they promised to fix the issue and reach out to the hotel, but when we arrived, the staff had no clue about any reservation. On top of being stranded, Groupon claimed the booking was for December 20, which directly contradicts the confirmation in my inbox. They then refused to give back my money—both the $70 on my credit card and the $75 Groupon gift card I had used. I had to initiate a chargeback for the $70, but I have no recourse for the remaining $75, which is essentially lost. To salvage our Christmas trip, I spent another $150 on last-minute lodging, which added a huge financial burden to an already stressful time.
Not once did Groupon show any genuine concern for the chaos and heartache this caused—especially for my pregnant wife, who was left anxious and upset during what should have been a joyful holiday. They don’t even offer a phone number so you can speak to someone directly, and after a while, their chat reps simply stopped replying to my messages. It feels like Groupon turned a magical holiday into a nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish this ordeal on anyone.
I’m sharing my experience because I believe no one else should have to go through this level of stress and disappointment. For a company that claims to value its customers, Groupon left us out in the cold—literally and figuratively. Save yourself the grief and avoid them at all costs. One star is far too generous.

Highly…disappointing
Clear Description isnt there in some offenes. It’s misleading & disappointing. I tried some offers & sadly I experienced and observed that good businesses aren’t listed here. For example some shady, unclean , disappointing parlour places. This is my experience. Obviously the customer has to be cautious but the customer cannot go to every place before booking the coupon.
I personally am scared to buy any further coupons from Groupon, irrespective of the great offer. It’s better to pay more & stay safe.

No refunding of vouchers, redemtion was not possible due to wrong description from Groupon
I bought 4 vouchers for a show where the conditions of the trader stating to book 2 days before. Indeed the booking was closed 3 days before and I was unable to reddeem the vouchers. Groupon now refuses to refund the voucher price and refers to the trader which also refuses to give me a confirmation that the voucher was not redeemed.

Absolutely crap site
Absolutely crap site. Tried ordering 2 lots of Molton brown products on their site,filled in all the applicable questions,I.e.name,address ,credit details etc. then tells me there is a problem with my address. In the 15 years I have lived here,never been a problem……no customer service no.to refer too even tho they state they are 24 hour accessible. Absolutely dire customer services….
