Great customer service, the guys can't do enough to help you . Had a few issue with different things and was helped everytime, they couldn't do enough. Software is easy to run, day and night ticking over. Overall great experience. Highly recommend

Only been using it for a total 10 days & im £45 up. Hoping to build on this & continue to invest. All this off £500, the help & support you get is amazing. Really recommend this way to invest.

I was looking for a professional EA to help me with my trading. After being disappointed by so many not doing as they claimed I came across Growbot. I have now used them for a couple of months and they are transparent, professional and the software is great

The support is really good, they are responsive and clearly good guys with an honest vision and clear idea.
The trading bot itself you need tonunderstand that it’s high risk and return. If you can’t handle drawdowns of 10% or potentially 30% or more and don’t know or are not up to managing your risk this might not be for you.
On the flipside it seems realistic to make more than 0.5-1% per day. Even with occasional dradowns it seems realistic to make 10% or more per month if you manage your risks and expectations. Please be aware that that hasn’t been proven yet over the long run yet and I will update this review further down the line.

I dealt with Growbot on Gold. I had a bad experience losing 20% capital.
They released a bigger project called EUgrower, and has made me 1/4 back the loss that occured, in just 2-3 weeks. Very happy about it, low drawdown and good executions. Also uses hedging to liquidate other bad positions😀

Absolutely enjoying my time with GB and the new EU system, customer service is excellent and the setup videos are a big positive.

Growbot ea is using a grid strategy. This is a high risk strategy that can run for months without a problem and then suddenly it does not work anymore. Resulting in a big drawdown or blown account. They provide a setfile however, you are responsible for your settings but they do not provide a manual to do so. So at hhe end, in case of a strange market move, they tell you, it is your responsibility.....

I was attracted by the idea of earning 1% a trading day. Due to market volatility the Growbot team decide which days and times to avoid trading. I followed their recommendations to the letter. For 4 trading days I earned 1%, great, the next trading day, I hit the drawdown limit and lost 33.63% before I had even woken up! Their technical team could not find anything wrong with my setup and even pointed out on the graph when the buy trades (it's a hedge strategy) should have happened but didn't, I was told I was the only one affected. I provided all the logs etc requested. I was promised they were taking it seriously and would get back to me but that was 8 days ago and heard nothing since. Anyway since that time EVERYBODY suffered a 10% loss and then the next trading day EVERYBODY had a drawdown limit it's about 36% loss. So even if I'd not had the 'only me' problem I would have lost even more a couple of trading days later.
They show trading records on myfxbook on a 100k account note however it's only a demo account, not their real money, it does show the recent losses at least.
Also their trading community Telegram channel everything is positive, it's like a parallel universe!

Do yourself a favor and AVOID and save yourself, time money and stress

I saw the advert on Facebook. They don't charge and therefore make money from commission when you sign up with the broker they ask you to use (I went with VT Markets). I thought that at worst I may lose money over a few weeks and if I did, then pull out.

Growbots support appeared to be excellent and so I signed up with the broker and placed £500, installed Metatrader (MT5) and watched as the bot traded.

Over a few trading days it was making around 1% per day so I added £400. That £900 reached £914 in a few days. They use Telegram to advise bad trading days and I had several days where they advised not to trade.

When the bot started trading again 23 April I looked the MT5 window and in red it said "Equity Stop". Of my £914 it had just lost £458!!

I stopped the bot and contacted support. The reply, and later Telegram posts, told investors that they did not anticipate the huge drop in Gold price and they were working on a fix. WHAT!!!!??

I'm recently retired but this appears to be a case of incompetence.

They assure customers that the bot had been trading profitably and they now seem to expect those who had suffered the loss of 35% of their money, to just smile and carry on trusting them.

My trust is shattered and I have found other bots that do what Growbot doesn't seem to do:
1) Show their results on myfxbook
2) Have a community where members can discuss things

As with shady companies they reply to negative reviews and then blame the customer. (Of course there are people who try and blame the company for their own mistakes, you have to discern). Look at the 1 star reviews and you will see I am not the first to lose a huge proportion of my money with Growbot.

The lack of transparency should have told me to steer clear. The saying "If it seems too good to be true then it usually is." seems to apply to Growbot.

I am waiting to hear from them before I make a final decision and will happily change my rating but, at present, they have been an expensive mistake. As a new customer I honestly feel they should show maturity and take responsibility for their mistake, reimburse some of the losses their bot made. In my case I lost half of what I put in.

I think they have a potentially excellent product but it's unfinished and came to market too soon. Can their customers expect the bot to trade it's way out of this big loss? How do we know it won't happen again?

Update 20/05/24. Growbot have given a polite and respectful reply and have not tried to blame me for what happened. They want me to now trust their 'new and equally profitable' bot. I accept that they will have improved their product but until I get some sort of incentive to put money on their new bot then I consider my self 'once bitten, twice shy'. If they are so confident in the new product then to woo me back to try again, they should indemnify me against any loss cause by the bot. I doubt they are that confident, they lost £458 in 4 seconds last time and they claimed that also was a wonderful product.

After some profits, the EA lost half my funds in a couple of days.
This EA as a extremely high risk strategy.
Be careful on your investment...

I made a profit for three days, but on the fourth day, the EA triggered equity protection resulting in a 35% loss of my funds. This strategy is extremely risky, even when following all recommended settings and instructions.

Got an email from this company and no idea how they got it. I'd not opted in or ever had anything to do with them. Doesn't sound like good GDPR to me...

It's been almost 3 months now that I'm using Growbot on my account and it's really as advertised - the bot works and is profitable. I waited this long to write a review as any bot can do wonders in a short time period but to do it consistently over a period of time is what makes the difference and Growbot has proven it.

Just follow the settings and advise given by the excellent support team, who I must add are always readily available to answer any questions, and you will be fine and make profits. Trading isn't gambling so follow the rules the team provides every week and sometimes even on days with volatile new and guaranteed you will make 15% per month easy. That's an amazing investment any way you look at it!

Also they are true to their words for referral commissions. Just wait for their conditions to be met and you will get paid. I got mine this week after I referred a friend couple of months back. All in all, a big thumbs up for the bot and the team behind it. Great work guys! I'm really glad I took a leap of faith with Growbot it's been amazing.

they helped me to instal the bot and very friendly guys.
