First time germinated 8 out of 10 last 0 out of 10 the costumer service talked to me like I didn't knew what I was doing! Real assholes

Send me the wrong seeds, in the non cbd version wich i do not have any use for. Tried contacting them 5 times over the last months to ne response.

If you have any problems they wont be solved.

Got the wrong mushrooms, cheaper ones and bad genetics... When I told them, they said it is not their fault and maybe the gens didn't show up.

Never again.

Great company. If you see any complains about things didn't work its because people dont know how to follow instructions. All good product and fast customer service buying here already a several years!

i wonder why it has so may bad ratings normally i come to trustpilot to rant but this time i have to say this store was legit is cheaper than others and delivered in time also included plenty freebies i had much worse like scam before ....

They forgot part of my order, customer support almost never answers.

I bought a terpene SPRAY. When I wanted to use it I found out that it looks like a spray, but is actually a stream. I don't need to explain how annoying that is further then that you don't want your perfume to have a stream either. After a lot of back and forth with customer service it came out that the GB super lemon Haze terpene spray, is not a spray but an dispenser, even though a photo of this product shows a spray mist. I think this is false advertising and I should get at least a working spray nozzle or my money back, instead I got a 15% discount on my next purchase, like I would trust them still to sell what they portait. I would like to see the advertising changed since they're blatantly lying

Do not buy from them.
I have ordered four kits from them, two of them were contaminated and produced bad mushrooms. When I contacted them, they refused to ship a different product, but they want me to purchase more from them to get a discount. Please do not buy from these scammers. You are only going to lose your money.

Terrible product that didn't work. Terrible customer service, they didnt care that the product didn't work, offered me a discount to but more... no thanks I'm not wasting more money on an item that doesn't work. Avoid like the plague !
