Bought grow your own trees and there are no seeds in the box states if there is a problem contact them first don’t bother they don’t reply luckily I got it from Amazon so they refunded me don’t deal with them direct or you will lose your money, wonder how they think you can grow a tree without a seed 🤷‍♀️ Just beware.

Item was never shipped. I contacted the seller three separate times over the course of three weeks and received no response whatsoever. The Shop app they require for tracking still shows “waiting for details,” with no updates or progress.
It’s particularly disappointing because I’ve previously purchased soil from this company on Amazon and had a good experience. Unfortunately, this order has been the complete opposite.
Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend buying from them. There‘s a real risk your item won’t arrive, and customer support appears unresponsive.

I brought the bonsai kit. Looked nice, came with nice pot and clippers. The first problem came when I scanned the QR code for instructions and it tried to give my phone a virus. So I googled the videos - couldn’t find them. So I found some other guides to plant those trees. It turns out despite being marketed as indoor trees with everything you need to grow them in the kit, all the seeds were for outdoor trees and all required special care. So I got different seeds and tried to use the provided soil pellets. They were of terrible quality - incredibly corse and half of it was roots, not really actual soil. So all I got was a cheap plastic pot and nearly a phone virus. Wouldn’t recommend.

I bought a herb grow kit as a gift for my son. Some seeds were missing and only 2 germinated. Once sprouted, both went mouldy
I contacted the seller but had no response for a couple of weeks. They eventually offered a refund but, despite several reminders, no refund has been sent.

Should be 0 stars. Bought as gift. Herb starter kit. Delay in dispatch. Bad customer service. Dishonest. Very poor quality seeds. 1% germination m! Very disappointing. Do not waste your money!

I ordered two grow starter kits to give as a gift. Package turned up ripped, squashed and broken because they sent it in just a parcel bag with no padding. When I complained they told me to return it and they'd send out a replacement. They sent me a return address, not label, so I'm being expected to pay shipping to correct their mistake. It's now been a week since they said they'd sent a request to their shipping department to send out a replacement and I have received nothing and heard nothing from them. I don't usually complain or write bad reviews but this is the worst service I've ever received when buying something online.

Cute little kit to grow that has all the tools to get it going. The plants are going strong and in a few years will be able to sculpt them

This company is absolutely terrible!! If I could award no stars, I would. I ordered two kits; one arrived smashed, and the other had no seeds in it. They have not replaced them or refunded my money. These were purchased for use with adults with learning disabilities, and they do not have much money to spend on resources in our day service. They flout online selling regulations and should be reported to Trading Standards. Shocking customer service - just scammers!!

I ordered Two Bonsai kits as gifts Xmas
2023 planted the seeds as directed 5 weeks later nothing. Went through the pots no sign of life anywhere. What a con. Contacted them expecting some explanation but were slow to reply and then kept asking for an order number?
I showed them my confirmation email.

I purchased two Master Bonsai kits online. Since the company did not include the proper declaration sticker, customs confiscated the seeds. When I reached out for them they did not honor the 100%money back guarantee even when I provided proof.

The bags don’t have a lot of soil but it’s a very good mix. Will wait to see how my plants react to it, but it seems very well draining.

I bought the Houseplant food. Followed directions and watered my plants, even splashed a bit into my water props. Within 2 days, the water props got mushy and stunk. The roots fell right off when I tried rinsing it off. The established plants, the soil got moldy and they smell horrid. Needless to say I'm not happy with the product this far.

Really great experience. Was cheaper than Amazon going directly. Wish there was a shipping tracker to allow for me to see where my order was as it took 5 days. My plants look healthy and great now they're potted. Purchased 3 bags, wish there was a bigger option :)

A challenge to grow but full worth it. This is a great kit and as beginners we have had a good success rate.

Recently bought two starter kits from GrowBuddha, great little gifts that include everything to get started growing herbs, flowers even Xmas trees.

I’m looking forward at trying to grow my own Xmas Tree, and bought Herb Kit for partner - so fresh herbs to use when cooking.

The products are sent without customs duties being paid (I'm living in France). Result: the bad surprise is for the consumer who still has to pay additional sums to be able to receive his purchase. I refused this trick and returned the product. Grow buddha has not made any refunds and remains deaf to the messages I send to him. A dishonest shop to avoid.
