Such a brilliant firm and have amazing knowledge on all aspects of accountancy and Tax. They have worked with a larger number of my clients and all have been extremely happy with the service and advice received.

I've been using these guys for my accounts this year and honestly the experience has been brilliant from start to finish. Easy to deal with, straight talking and actually explain things in a way that makes sense rather than just blinding you with jargon.
The biggest thing for me was the tax side — they managed to get me over £10,000 back in tax rebate this year which I genuinely wasn't expecting. That alone has been a game changer for the business.
If you're self employed or run your own business and you're not using them, you're probably leaving money on the table. Can't recommend them enough.

Dishonest, unprofessional and not to be trusted. I was pressured to pay an upfront payment of 10,000 GBP before any services were delivered. That red flag was confirmed unfortunately when Simon became quiet once the payment was received (he was relentlessly texting for the payment to be made beforehand). My first call with Chelsea showed that she had not been briefed about my set up. I cut the call short and asked for a refund. The refund was refused to me despite me being in my rights (consumer act 2013). Simon has since blocked me on WhatsApp and will not refund my money. I had to log a formal claim and I am taking this the legal route. Never have I dealt with an accounting firm who behaves this way. Highly unprofessional.

A highly professional team that has been able to assist us at all times with all the necessary procedures for setting up a company in the UK. If we ever decide to open another company there, we will definitely rely on them again.

I was introduced to this company by Tony Robbins Business Mastery on the promise of a free tax assessment. It wasn’t really an assessment , more a few questions where they complete a spreadsheet and then sell you a full assessment worth over £5k- the promise of if they don’t find more savings than the fee that they return your money.
Well don’t be fooled- because what then happens is they tick boxes for an hour and then let a computer generate where you could make savings. NOT anything individualised for your business. I have repeatedly asked for a specific tailored assessment for my business, after all isn’t that what I paid over £5k for! But 8 weeks later I am still waiting! We did have a call booked to run through the 70 page spreadsheet (full of accountancy jargon and that no untrained person could make sense of without interpretation) but I myself was late as I was overrunning with a client. However I was then told that the 45 mins left was cancelled and my opportunity was lost. I asked for a recorded video from them and still waiting- now being ghosted.
Simon tried to upsell accountancy services and was constantly in touch when he thought he could have my business but when I chose a different accountant I am now ghosted.
I really think this is marketing over substance and I’m shocked that Tony Robbins associates with this company. I’m yet to receive the tax guidance I paid for and they refuse to return our money - apparently the guarantee doesn’t cover them ghosting a business! My new accountant has also refuted all the hype on how and where I can make tax savings so I’m u sure they wouldn’t get a lot of businesses into trouble with what they suggest you could do to save on taxes (trust funds for school fees, selling personal car to business- these are huge HMRC alarm bells!) Avoid and choose a reputable company that doesn’t use smoke and mirrors to make their money and won’t get your business into hot water just to make a quick quid.

Excellent service and a great team. I have been with Simon and his superb team for just over 12 months. Efficient, accurate, reliable and very personable. A great experience so far for me. I would recommend Simon and his team without hesitation for new, growing and established businesses. 10/10!
