Ordered a raccoon for my daughter, attempted to retrieve it multiple times over the course of 2 weeks. Purchased July 23, on August 10th it said “Order complete” Had them resend a new link and now it says “Order was already claimed”. Tried to message support 4 different times, no response.
Now, when I try to access their purchasing site it loads for a second and redirects me to an error that says “Access Denied- the site owner may have set restrictions that prevent you from accessing the site. Please contact the site owner for access”

After checking our logs, it appears that your son was removed from the VIP server because he did not accept the trade for over 10 minutes Holding up the line for other customers.
When this happens, a new friend request is automatically sent so you can rejoin and complete the trade.
We recommend watching our tutorial to ensure you know the full claiming process for your item.
I ordered multiple items
I ordered multiple items. The last 2 were raccoons. I got disconnected from server and never received the 2 racoon's. Multiple support requests and emails for a couple weeks with No email response. Only would get a message about my 2 missing raccoons if I joined the delivery server. Each time I would get into the delivery server the in game message text would say " sorry no racoon's try again later ". It now has updated my claim and I can no longer join the delivery server and it says my ordered is complete. No further response. Great items (if you get All of them) But that doesn't make up for Extremely Terrible "customer service" with an abandonment of any solution. Never will use them again.
