Ordered product over three weeks ago…

Ordered product over three weeks ago still not processed but they were happy to take my money. no way to get ahold of them, chat says it is diabled till 8/7 while on vacation however it is 8/10. No one anwers the phone no way to contact them. Horrible service, not reputable. buyer beware they are a rip off company.

Okay, not fast

After reading the one star reviews on TrustPilot I was concerned that I had purchased from a fraudulent website. Thankfully this was not the case. One of the products in my shipment was backordered which is why my order took several weeks to fulfill. While the phone number listed on the website seemed to be disconnected and the help form was not functional, I did receive a prompt response to my email. Overall I’m disappointed that it took several weeks to receive my order but once the delay was clarified I was not totally unhappy with my experience. If you’re in a hurry maybe look for product elsewhere, but this company is not a complete frauds as other reviewers have stated.

BUYER BEWARE - GROW GREEN MI - STOLE MY MONEY AND APPARENTLY NEED A SPECIAL REQUEST TO GIVE IT BACK. I PATRONIZED THEM ON EBAY A WEEK AGO, THEY IGNORED MY MULTIPLE REQUESTS FOR THEM TO JUST MAIL MY 640.00 PURCHASE. AFTER A WEEK THEY DELETED THE LISTING AND KEPT MY MONEY - BUYER BEWARE. AT THIS TIME THEY ARE PLAYING STUPID AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND FROM A LISTING THEY SOLD ME, THEN THEY DELETED A WEEK LATER W/O A REFUND. BUYER BEWARE - NEVER BUY FROM THEM...

FRAUDS!!

Made a purchase on the 16th of April, they sent me a mail confirmation with my invoice and the payment of 243dollar got deducted from my account. on the 17th of April GGmi cancelled my order without any confirmation from my side and till now the 3rd of May I never got my money back. They block my account on their website, ebay. They never confirm or show proof of any refund of my 243dollar. They cut all connection with me without providing any support for my refund and Marsh and Bob both customer support making fun of me when trying to contact them.
Be careful as they are frauds!
Till now I never got my refund nor any justification from them.
Beware when buying online with them.

Positive experience

Ordered a set of containers ($112 worth) and found later size was not right.
Sent email to customer support asking for cancellation, and got a positive confirmation in a couple of hours.
Trustworthy supplier.

⚠️ ABUSIVE COMPANY ⚠️

Buyer Beware of this place
I received a 4 year old bottle of ro stabilizer.. after talking to company that makes it I realized this... called them... was put on hold abruptly.. this is after not being contacted back when trying to attempt a return.. The customer service was extremely rude and off-putting.. arguing with me. They charged shipping as well, when it was claimed to be free shipping... doubling the cost of my order. The product ruined a crop and in the end they were abusive and predatory... ⚠️ AVOID THIS COMPANY YOU'VE ALL BEEN WARNED ⚠️ UPDATE... AFTER making reviews online this company went on overgrow.com where I have a profile.. and exposed my private information online in the forum... don't believe me? Go to overgrow and look at the thread titled ⚠️ WARNING ABUSIVE COMPANY ⚠️ GROWGREEN MI. And look for yourselves... they exposed my full name plus my phone number and put my name and an equal sign then my overgrow screen name... revealing my identity... they've been banned from the site for now

Unbeatable price, fast delivery

Was skeptical because of the terrible reviews on here, but I finally decided to give them a try after asking about them on a grower's forum. Price was the best anywhere. Got Jack's 321 cheaper than from the manufacturer, Amazon or any other site. Shipped day after I ordered. Got it exactly as ordered two days later. They'll be my first choice for nutes going forward.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! Asking for wire transfers, checks, and money orders after orders have been placed. Placed an order through their website only for it to be canceled because I’ve got a different billing address from my shipping address. Their email claimed it’s due to security and gave sketchy third party payment options like a wire transfer/check/ or a billing service I’ve never heard of. There is no deal dank enough for me to risk a wire fraud scheme. I’ll gladly pay higher to ensure the security of my accounts. They also won’t give any info into who their “security team” is and will not allow you to contact their security. It’s 2022, there’s no reason any business with a online storefront should be asking for checks or wire transfers. Not worth the risk.

I have no idea why people give this place bad reviews. A lot of them appear to have no clue. If you want THE BEST PRICES - INCLUDING SHIPPING!!!!! - for Mills Nutrients there is no where else in the US to shop. I'm from CA and LOVE these guys. 5 STARS +++++++

I had nothing but problems out of their sales manager, he has recently changed his handle to Marsh Juncaj. He banned my account because I reported my package was short one of the items and I can no longer shop here. He also tracked me on other platforms to try and ensure I wasn't able to go around his ban which was a definite invasion of privacy.

Grow Green is Awesome

Grow Green is Awesome! I was referred to them by a fellow customer at my local grow shop. That was 3 years ago and I have been ordering from them ever since. I purchase everything I need for my medical grow through them. The dank deals are unbelievable. They have saved me thousands$$$$$. A few times some orders have been incorrect like sending grow A instead of Bloom A very understandable and minor mistake. The good folks there are quick to fix any and all problems I have had. I place at least 5-6 orders a month with no problems other than previous mentioned. Shipping is always fast. Can’t say enough good things about them. They are the best! I do not work for them and do NOT have any thing to gain from them for this review. You will not find a better deal anywhere, DANK DEALS are unbeatable!! Thank you Grow Green much love from Mo.

One of the worst experiences in online…

This place seems to have a great selection and seems to know their products well. however I had a rather unpleasant experience trying to use their online store. Apparently there’s a loophole where you can buy stuff that shouldn’t be bought and I had my order canceled and nobody never bothered following up to communicate that to me until I reached out a week later (I was perusing my bank statements and noticed the money has been refunded with no explanation so I decided to contact their customer service). I get that things happen but this is a potential big mistake waiting to happen…. If I was a big operation operating on a time crunch. Like I said though, This place seems to have a really great reputation and I’m sure if I went to the physical location I’d be blown away but I just find the experience I had on their online store (and the subsequent follow up) very unprofessional and aggravating. Not trying to throw shade just something to think about if you’re using their online store. You may get what you paid for and they might cancel your order and not tell you.

Edit: After scrolling through several of the not five star reviews I can tell I’m not the only one with this experience. Which isn’t exactly a very good thing for this company. I mean making a mistake is one thing but continuously making the same mistake is called the problem, a problem which they don’t seem keen on correcting. You might be able to get away with pissing off a person here and there but since you’re doing it seemingly consistently when it comes to online orders I think it’ll only be a matter of time before the free market corrects itself…….
All the good reviews on the site seem to be generic anyway. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were bought based on my dealings with this company..

$750.00 Price hike !!! Minimum order

I always get great service from them. I don't Understand why people are giving such negative reviews on service. If I order something online and they don't have it stock I get refunded immediately and a email. I am not happy with the price hike of $750.00 Minimum to get free shipping.

This place is a disaster

This place is a disaster. They advertise great deals, let you order them, then don't have it when you go out pick it up. I ordered an Anden 320 v1 dehumidifier and a bunch of miscellaneous small stuff. Go to get it, nothing is available but the dehumidifier. But the price was good on that so I count it as a win. I get half way through my 1.5 hour drive home and see that they loaded an Anden 320 v3. Turn around to exchange. They don't have the right one. Refund me a rats net of 20s with two singles hidden in the center. My sales rep Scott apologized, couldn't do anything about the $38 difference, and promised to call when my order was ready. That was 3 weeks ago. I texted Scott. He said unfortunately other people had been coming in and buying all the Anden 320s so I would have to drive there just to pay for a dehumidifier then they could let me know when another order arrives (no estimate) . If you value your time at all, go anywhere else. Because these people certainly don't value your time or care about your garden.

Something not quite right about this company

The shadiness of what the previous reviewer outlined mirrored my experience with Grow Green MI on Amazon.com as well.

They lowered there prices for a "sale" and offered 3-6 day delivery. Now more than two weeks after the items were purchased Grow Green MI says they must have been lost in the mail.

A common practice for shifty businesses is to have scam sales offering heavily discounted prices with no intentions on delivering the products or services sold. They do this to build up the numbers to meet sales goals: monthly, quarterly etc. And also to then put the responsibility of obtaining a refund on the buyer, knowing that some people will forget, get frustrated and give up, or just determine it's not worth their time to pursue. The company then keeps whatever has filtered through the process without being refunded.

I can't say with 100% certainty that this is what they are doing, but if multiple people are having the same experience then the magic eight ball says 'All signs point to yes'.

I would encourage prospective buyers to avoid their website and check which vendor the Amazon.com listing shows to avoid purchasing from them.

It is unfortunate that Amazon.com does not give customers the ability to block vendors from showing up in search results. This would allow people to share useful information for blacklisting unethical companies in order to avoid being scammed.

Talk about bad customer service

Talk about bad customer service .
Placed my order took payment. Got an email stating order was good . Couple days later email says its picking and would ship in 48 hours. 2 weeks later nothing. so I sent an email asking for an update. no response. 3 days later another email asking for an update. No response. Still nothing shipped. No response. Call a number to get some recording that you cant leave a message on. Still nothing. Guess I'll be contacting my bank and disputing my charges. Will not use this store and will definitely recommend staying far away from it
