Goods were send to the wrong postoffice in my country. After some time the goods were send back because of no pick-up/delivery. Growhabity does not wish to re emburce me because they had postage fees payed and no goods returned. So after deduction of postagefees and goods value the would return 5 dollars in total.

I ordered a automatic spring stick weapon .and got sent the case for it , but no automatic spring stick. Duhh . what good will that do me. when I got it , I had no ideal what it was. they say that is what I ordered .. lol what a bummer.

Its a scam. I just got an empty envelop

Ordered Rose flower seeds on 15 November 2025 and have not yet received the delivery on 9 March 2026.

This is a definite criminal scam. I filed complaint on “FBI IC3 website” and econsumer.gov

Please don’t fall for same scam as me

Talk to your Visa company. They refunded my money and charged the company.

I should have read reviews first! I ordered seeds almost 2 weeks ago and keep getting tracking information. But I noticed the tracking began in one country and travels internationally to another countries destination. With their little USA flag in the corner I assumed it was shipped from the USA. Nothing stated differently. Based upon other reviews, I guess I'm lucky nothing can break. However, I am waiting an additional week, then I will contact my credit card company. Appears to be a SCAM company.

I ordered body butter and they sent me a melted container of disgusting smelling cream. DO NOT buy from these scammers

Their products are of VERY POOR quality. The adverts are false and misleading.

They try and negotiate not to refund your purchases or just ignore your efforts to get a refund on their poor quality products. What I ordered and what was delivered is definitely not the same thing. These products were delivered in an envelope and not even the boxes as advertised.

Scam Products and Services. I ordered Turmeric Soap via their ad on instagram. Paid about £35 in August. Tracked parcel for 3months via a third party online shipping service. Never received my parcel. Somehow the customer service replies fast but futile. they asked me to pay more to get the new parcel or even refund.

I ordered My Puppy advertised on Face book. Showing the puppy looked real and would learn commands. I tried to cancel the order within 24 hours of purchase noting many negative reviews. They were correct in every way. I received a VERRY small toy that only went in a small circle and the bark resembled a bird not a puppy. After serval tries over several weeks, Customer NO service would not refund my money. Sad that I did not read reviews before ordering from this place... Don't WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I am still waiting (over 6 months) for my parcel to be delivered. If you track your parcel and updates it gives a sense of trust. But now i believe i am scammed.

I ordered a necklace from growhabity. After waiting over a month they sent an email saying it had been delivered and picked up from my local post office. I live in a very small town and after talking to the post master, No, it was not delivered or picked up. In fact the tracking number they sent me is not even used by the postal service! According to my post master (and me) this site is nothing but a scam. Beware!!

Product was not as described or shown on their sales site. BE VERY WARY OF BUYING FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered 5 Christmas zipped gift bags. I was informed of state of their transit regularly and they arrived safely. They are excellent gift bags and I have ordered another. Very unusual gift bags and well worth the cost

After watching a lot of robotic dog advertisements, I bought one for my daughter which was a real scam.
