This company is a total scam. I have not yet received the order I placed 3 months ago and when I email them about it, I get empty promises that my order is held up and that it will arrive soon and get a tracking number that cannot be found.
DO NOT buy anything from this company and if you can, report them to your authorities.
Company sent wrong goods. Now they want me to send it to China for replacement. Postage to China is more expensive than the price of the goods.

I bought a few things from this site Growles.se and everything that came either did not fit, or was of such poor quality. They should be embarrassed. I did inquire for a refund as the "enkel instructions told me to do" but the direction received were in conflict with their own "posted" instructions.

So, instead of me sending the return to London, they tell me to send it to an incomplete address in China that has no post number. I have made several inquires and tried to call but after my last email on July 22nd, I have turned this situation over to Konsumentverket.se. I suggest anyone who has had an issue with a compromised return/refund policy make a report.
I advise you not to buy from this site, they are cheaters and steal your money without sending you the request.
Wish I could give them 0 stars. I've been trying to get in contact with them for TWO MONTHS. I don't get a single reply from them, only an automated message saying that they "will get back to me within one business say". Hah! Never shop from here, the service is terrible and their products even worse, break immediately.
