seller has no control about his buisness.
seller offers in the check out, delivery with hermes to a pick up point. charges 6,49 € for it.
than he uses regular post delivery with the adress of the pick up shop. the shop sends the item back to seller because no hermes parcel.
i loose all money. no good, no money.

I just saw that the seller now says that I did the mistake by choosing my adress instead of a hermes pick up point. This is not true. I have the confirmation from him where he confirms the delivery with hermes to the pick up point. As i asked for tracking number he wrote that he sent it with regular post instead of hermes. Instead to say sorry and send it again with the payed service he just want refund. I have all written communications what exactly shows that he did a mistake and than he tries to give the foult to the customer.
