Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I paid extra for express delivery (3 days) when placing my order on March 31, yet the package was not delivered until April 16 — over two weeks later.
Despite completely failing to provide the service they advertised and charged for, they still kept the full payment and refused to take responsibility. Customer service was extremely disappointing; after multiple emails, they eventually stopped responding altogether.
I do not even live at the delivery address, and the package was received by building security, yet they still expected me to coordinate and manage the return myself when i ask it express because I dont live in that city . Completely unreasonable.
If a company charges for express shipping, they should honor the delivery timeframe promised on their website. Carrier delays are not the customer’s responsibility. I would never purchase from them again.
