Not the size stated
The body of your ad clearly states that the dehydrators are 18mm thread 3/4 socket size for aviation engines. I got 14mm thread which is unusable for me. Can you provide me with the 18mm ones?

Showing parts in stock when they are not
Ordered four spark plugs on 26th April and shown as being in stock with two day delivery. After waiting two weeks I chased up the order to be told they are awaiting stock! Nearly FIVE weeks later and still no sign of the spark plugs! Chased again and after waiting another five days and still no response I have gone somewhere else with next day delivery.
How can this company be allowed to get away with showing items are in stock when clearly they are not!
Terrible customer service, I won't be using again and would not reccomend to others.
Now trying to get my money back

Check stock levels
Website states when in stock they will dispatch the same day if ordered before 1pm. Although parts show as in stock, when they don't arrive and you call it is not actually their stock but the manufactures which can take up to 4 days to arrive. So if you are in a hurry best to call to find out when they will be dispatched and not rely on their website.
