While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Refund Policy is Useless

Why companies who have decent products have to behave in such an abominable way is beyond me. I purchased a one-year licence for a GS Plugin on 13 June 2024, and sent them notification to cancel my subscription on 14 June. I subscribed solely based on their seven day "No Hassle" guarantee, located prominently on the home page. They did not reply to my request for a refund until AFTER the seven day period had elapsed, to say they were not prepared to provide a refund. For clarity, here's what they say on the home page of their website:

I quote:
"Money Back Guaranteed"
"Hassle-free 7 days full refund policy. There’s absolutely no risk in giving it a try. Buy with confidence. No question asked. If you have any questions about the trial and refund policy, feel free to contact us."

They then directed me to a separate page dealing with refunds. This directly contradicts the home page gurantee, and, from my reading, makes it virtually impossible to claim a refund.

I'm now in touch with the Bangladesh Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection, Dhaka Division, and hope they will take action against the company for mis-selling.

Based on my current experience with the company, all I can advise is to avoid GS Plugins, unless you are absolutely sure the relevant plugin is right for you... because there's no prospect of you getting a refund.

If GS plugins prove me wrong and provide me with a full refund, I will update this review accordingly.

Scamming users they will get a refund

After requesting a refund as their plugin didn't do the thing advertised and the developer I contacted via support said to disable the plugin to get a refund in the end I was scammed and tricked that I would get a refund after disabling the plugin. Really bad experience and no support to solve the issues.
