GS Products have always impressed me with many orders over several years. A massive choice of top quality products, on an excellent website, with fast deliveries, and all at modest cost!

The cable for my Powertec Workbench Leverage gym was damaged. After contacting GSProducts, I was told they can custom make me a new cable and there is an express service for a small fee. I visited them during my work lunchtime and within 15 minutes I had a brand new better quality cable than the original in my hand. Speedy friendly service. I truly recommend their service.

We ordered some products online, they were exactly as described on the website, turned up quickly and very good value. Happy Customer.

Amazingly quick delivery. I ordered at 1411 on Friday afternoon and the item was delivered at 1700 the following day.
I needed some nylon coated wire rope to replace the laces on pair of cycling shoes with the BOA closure system. GS Products 0.54 - 0.7mm 7x7 nylon coated stainless steel wire rope 054071C is exactly right for the job, and, as far as I can tell, identical to the original. Each shoe needs just under 1m. I fitted the cable the same day and used them today without difficulty.

I will be singing your praises to all my boat owners friends and I will now replace the others on my boat in the next few weeks once I can measure them.

Was told to leave a comment on their order page when ordering so they could send the correct cut lengths. They ignored it and just sent a roll so now have to cut the steel wire myself . Also no confirmation of order nor tracking number and it just arrived 4 days later ….

Very poor service

I just wanted to say a “HUGE THANKS” for getting my home gym cable prepared and sent out to me superfast!
I ordered it on 7th August and it arrived on 8th August. That is excellent!
It was just perfect and fits my Sportstech HGX100 multi gym as required.
Having been let down by Sportstech, you guys came to my rescue.

It was so nice (and a real change) dealing with a company that is efficient, fast and effective. There aren’t many around these days.
I will definitely recommend you to others and will use you again in the future as and when the need arises.

Very pleased with the wire and customer service. Needed a bit of help selecting the appropriate set, which I expected to be under trellis but wasn't. Was advised about which rawlplug to buy. A4 stainless steel is a must for me as I live by the sea

I urgently needed to replace a broken cable on my home gym.

I needed to cancel a small order this week, and when I phoned GS Products I could tell they were really busy. I received fantastic customer service despite this, and am most grateful to Lewis for his help. 5 stars!

I ordered a couple of balustrade wires but I needed different eye-bolts to the standard item. Lewis took the time to find me the right bolts, and they arrived really quickly. And the quality is clearly top-notch. Altogether I’m glad I chose GS.

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS! but I feel I need to after my experience with GS Products. I just can't emphasise enough what an amazing company GS Products is. I put a large order in, and due to its size and quantity of parts, it could only be delivered by PF on a 2-day delivery. I needed it urgently for safety-critical works, so I contacted the team on the WhatsApp chat link on the website at 3pm, not expecting anything could be done. They didn't need to help, but the team went OVER AND BEYOND to get the order packed and dispatched within 30 minutes to get it out on a next-day delivery, arriving within 18 hours of the order being placed!. The job was completed, and our client was happy. Impressive customer service, to say the least! I twice offered to pay "whatever" the cost to get the items out on an accelerated delivery, but they wouldn't accept any uplift to the cost.
I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Website was clear and easy to find what I wanted at good prices. The order arrived promptly and everything appears to be good quality. Two small items were missing. I'm writing a review because the customer service in resolving this small issue was spot on (thank you Lewis). I emailed, they responded quickly and the missing items were dispatched same day on a 24-hour delivery.

After being unsure, I emailed GS product. They got straight back to me with an answer. Gave me a link. I purchased. Also got my delivery within 2 days. DPD also delivered, and kept me informed. What a great business and well organised company.
