Lost returns disgusting custom service

Used G star happily a few times , alright quality , not as good as used to be . But in a nutshell, I returned 3 pairs of trousers using their connected INPOST service lockers facility. They say they never got it , IN post say they investigating and g star will be in touch . This has been going on for a month now , lots of emails and phone calls promising investigation and assistance , then being told no record or case closed . Lots of lies . Disgusting . I’m thinking of reporting a theft to police now , as it’s a lot of money to lose . Don’t see where else I can go with it . So frustrating. They need to be exposed , I see there many others suffering the same by the reviews ..

winter coat from g-star RAW

In bought a winter coat from g-star (raw). It's warm enough, but the inside breast pocket is on the same side as the outside pocket which is useless. Then there's the coat itself. It's a winter coat, bit it's totally not rainproof. When is rain drenched it's cold and heavy.
Finally, the pockets have press buttons, and are small. So you loose stuff.
All in all, apart from being warm when it's dry, and the fit is fine, it's useless as a winter coat.

I’m in Australia. I sent back stock for a refund on the 10th July 2024 . It’s now 31st July . Order number is on the email .
No help ,No refund . Plus I only get Robot response . They owe me over $200 refund
This is terrible how they don’t even make contact amd there is no phone number.
Someone needs to contact me let me know where the stock is that I posted back to you .
I have a tracking number and an order Number. Plus I have photos too
Not happy they are keeping the stock and the money . What’s going on at least contact me .

I have ordered the stuff and the box was half ripped and almost looks like someone has open it!!!
Report to gstar with the evidence and they said they don't believe me !!!! Even though the courier has got the same photo !!!!What a joke !!! On top of that courier person knew about it and he said he doesn't know how does this box damaged !! I wasn't at home otherwise I would have open and check straight away!!!! They accusing me not being honest !!!! I spent hell lot of money since 7 years !!!! Prior to this situation a brand new jacket got colour faded I reported the faulty jacket and the person name luis said because of misuse!!! It's brand new jacket what on earth they are thinking!!!My gosh this company is out of their depth .... customer service and the escalation department people has got some serious issues and their attitude stinks like dog poo all they do just sits take money and accused people!!! Sick and tired of this so cold gstar !!!!!!!

It’s been nearly a month of me chasing…

It’s been nearly a month of me chasing my return. It’s been sitting at the dpd locker for over a week yet no one has picked up the parcel and processed my return amount which is £100. I can’t believe this is happening and I am absolutely devastated with this kind of service. I can now understand why all the stores have closed down. Customer service is everything, which unfortunately G-star have failed in! I want my money back!

If your thinking of buying anything from Gstar do the sensible thing and don't.I had a parcel delivered to the wrong address and trying to communicate with Gstar customer services is virtually impossible all I got was antomated response, no help what so ever as for phoning Gstar the tel line is dead. Do yourslef a favor look somewher eles.If you want to return somethng your directed to there return potal which supprise supprise isn't working so you can't return anything. As I said look eleswhere

G-star have effectively stolen my money.

I've been waiting six months for a refund and g-star are refusing to communicate.

In October 2023, I was instructed by g-star customer service to refuse delivery of an erroneous order back in October 2023. Courier tracking shows it was returned to G-star - however I have had no refund and have been contacting them for SIX MONTHS via all of their suggested avenues, with no response.
There are two conclusions that could be drawn; either their customer service is abysmal and not worthy of a functional business, or the business is crooked/fraudulent.
Either way, you should be careful when ordering from this shop as you may lose your money.

GStar = Headache

Have been shopping for GStar for years but never again… The last few orders I’ve had to chase for a refund. Not sure what’s going on but they have seriously neglected their service part of the business. Shopping with them now is a headache with having to constantly chase for your right of a refund. They have also removed their chat from the website and when your raise an issue with a refund you only receive a generic reply. I won’t be shopping from GStar anytime soon again…

Terrible sizing

I ordered three pairs of jeans from G-Star, all where size 28/28. The first was too big, second too small and the third, too short. How on earth does that happen?? Please can you either be consistent with your sizing or, if it's too much trouble, be honest about the measurements of your garments. It's a waste of time ordering from you.

I am failing to understand what is going on. My sneaker was taken back on the 13/7/23 and I have not received any communication from Gstar until I wrote my review here yesterday ( 4/8/23) and now I’m being told that the sneakers I bought are “missing” and they are launching an investigation. What nonsense is that. The first time I called (21/7/23) I was told that on the system it does show that I had returned them and only then I was informed that it will take 10-14 days for the refund (instead of the 3-5 working days stated on your website).Now all of a sudden they are missing! I want my money! And the service is so bad that I am yet to receive a phone call from the last time I contacted you (ref:01602219) when your agent told me had escalated the matter to your “specialist” department (because he too saw the items I had returned on the system- he also promised me a discount of some sort because of the delay from Gstar! This is very uncalled for and very frustrating. You do not have a proper system in place for returns. On your website you state that the refund will take 3-5 working days and I have been waiting for almost a month now! Worst online service EVER!!!!!!!!

The product arrived promptly and early

The product arrived promptly and early. But there is a notable difference between the photo of the jeans on the site and the real product: the laser treatment is too obvious for my personal tastes. For this reason I made them; not for the product which remains excellent. From what I have learned Returns regularly take weeks to be refunded, I hope this is not the case.

Worst customer service in the world

Lost bag, products never received. Customer service completely useless. Whatsapp channel responds with unnecessary automatic messages people don't even read what I write and only waste time I activated to cancel the payment. I won't buy anything anymore

Returns are a joke

I love GStar products and have been buying them for the best part of 30 years.

The buying process is fine, usually only takes a few days to come from Europe.... so why do returns take so long??

Returns regularly take weeks to refund, my last time it was over a month. Sometimes this involves £100s so it just isn't good enough.

Get a UK hub for returns and deal with them there!!! Until then I won't be using online again

I have bought Gstar jeans for years

I have bought Gstar jeans for years. They really let me down this time, I purchased a pair of jeans, dispatched and they they had not put my address on the packaging properly. It didn't even get to me, with no explanation!!!! so they had made that decision to return it to sender without even getting in touch with me to find out the right address!! I had to call them to find out why, no sorry or offer of some sort of compensation.

The annoying thing is, they had used the same company to deliver to my address to day before. Poor customer service, your standards have slipped massively.
