I lost my account indeed maybe I forgot to connect I cannot remember.

Started a new one straight connect it with gtarcade and gmail im already close to my old lv and vip 3 - 500lv plus 86lv

My old account was vip 7 lv 500 plus 449lv

They never reply to any in game tickets or emails. They have a room on discord, but mods also give you a silent treatment or just delete your reports. They allow cheaters and they even plant cheater accounts themselves to push paying players to spend more to achieve better ranks. Multiple reports, screenshots, videos, no response. Ever. Rest their T&C and you will know what you’re dealing with. Lots of vulgar, sexually explicit harassment, lots of threats, even tell you that you will die soon and such, lots of profanity towards you. It’s forbidden in their T&C but they don’t reply and don’t care. Lots of promoting of illegal sexually explicit content. They’re just trying to milk you dry and they don’t even pretend they do it legally or that they care. Servers crash for days, unable to log in, they don’t care. Lots of bugs and lags that are there for years already, they don’t care. Lots of problems, lots of hostility, lots of illegal activities and behaviour, but from their end it’s just constant silence. They promise you to come back to you within 2 working days, I have tickets that were not even opened from years ago. There are constant lags, the game is nothing like advertised. It’s a ripoff, not even very inspired, total ripoff of games like LOL, Diablo, etc. Don’t do it to yourself and stay away. I regret spending my time and money on this. You will never get a refund btw, even tho they’re blatantly scamming you, whoever you contact, your bank, Apple, PayPal, whatever. They will never give you a refund even tho they’re false advertising and scamming. They will never reimburse you for anything as well. Whatever problem there is, don’t expect anything. I could go on forever, but I’ll just finish with … I have a whole folder of vids and screenshots of how bad everything in there is, of proof of everything I just said. Avoid!!! Really, I beg you. Just avoid.

scam stay away, company is impersonating harassing and trying to extort money out of players.

The people behind yoozoo games belong in prison for the rest of their lives.

Now because just online game the developer encourage people to make crimes on each one,
one of my normal day when i played league of angels heaven's fury someone killed me twice at one of normal events that even didnot have alot of requirements but the people take the game as war really not just to have fun time
the female said " no one will care about me so go cry to mommy "
and another one said "We are at war between people" and in another side the both ask their guild to keep an eyes on me where ever they see me
so how no one will care about me and all of them keep killing me

(The problem is the online crimes like make bullying, provocation and vulgarity even in the games It is counted as criminal cases) but all keep doing whatever make others have bad days and no one yet realize this kind of action that continues to became real crimes

Now i want know what kind of games that have alot ot rudes people, the deveploer didnt do any thing yet, all my tickets i sent was in vain, my efforts in the game gone in vain too because some people didnot know how to solve any problem or even how to respect others, because they keep paying in the game and higher their ranks to could kill others easily

Now i want deveploer delete my account to finish all of this bullying situation or atleast transfer my data to another server but no responed yet

I will keep continue write all new things happening with me on trust pilot until the developer respond with serious working not just opening my ticket with no action yet

No response to tickets created for review regarding accounts linked to games.
No information on how to deal with issues,
No faq’s, no way to delete accounts without raising a ticket in which they DO NOT respond too.
Most dead ass gaming company I’ve experienced.
They boast other accounts that are clearly dev or admin owned to try promotes ingame purchases but yet to actually make a difference to people’s experience using gt arcade accounts…

Beware..I have been playing time raider since it's release. An have experienced similar issues. There is massive cheating, an Dev.s playing an targeting players an destroying game play. Lots have stopped playing another's threatening to quit. I love the game but it's being destroyed by these people. BEWARE.. This is not for kids. This game allows Hate speech, Bullying, Trolling, Swearing, MOST OF ALL THEY ALLOW INAPPROPRIATE SEXUAL LANGUAGE .

I play game of thrones winter is coming and i used real money for ingame items and then the games deleted the items i paid real money for i tried support but the didnt react for over a month and when the wrote vback to me they wanted me to make a new tickets and wait another month for replies don't spend any money on this scam company

If there was there option to give ZERO stars I would. Customer service is a joke. Any game has cheaters that are allowed to steal accounts and cheat with said accounts. They want you to play their PC version so 1) they can hack into your life and take money if possible. 2) if you are good at using a keyboard and not a mouse, your player is almost invincible in PVP settings. Their PC app is not coded correctly to acknowledge keyboard strokes. Much like all their other games their coding teams are clueless. They break more than they develop / create.

I have never ever heard about this company since they somehow hacked my credit card and stole 100 euros. Be aware of them. I'll report them.

League of Angels Heavens Fury is filled with cheaters and the game company does nothing to stop it. Even after giving proof. Their support is actually players themself making it even more sketchy. A friend of mine is actually a member of their support team if you want to call it that. They get paid in gcoin to just copy and paste replies. Being given a perk like this is unfair to others who recharge with real money. Gcoin is equal to recharging the game.

Dev here dont do thier job to make the game fair, im playing forsaken world god and demon, they ban a player on 205 but they only ban him for 3 days
reason why he got ban was he is a topup provider, he sell topup on other players to get profit then many players report him he also have website business selling topup
to think they will just ban him 3 days. is this even fair how about the players spending equal fair price while this seller sc is playing and compete with them having advantage of topup. he also admit he is a topup provider how

GTarcade wants your money and in exchange they hire lazy crappy developers that do a terrible job and the game gets full of bugs with every update because of it. Then when you wanna spend some money they make it so difficult for you to buy what you want. A smart company makes it easy for their clients to spend on it and make payments. This is not a smart company, they already make a lot of money, imagine what more money they can get if they make it right.

Unfortunately, I have had a terrible experience with GTA customer service in a game that I love and have enjoyed playing for over 6 years. I made a payment and was awarded G coin instead of black diamonds. Never happened before, but happened this time. I did not see the g coin and asked GTA customer service what was going on. They told me they had no record of my payment-twice and that they checked for it. So, I disputed the payment with paypal, thinking that paypal had wronged me, wouldn't you? Well, the customer service rep was wrong, the payment was received from paypal and I withdrew the dispute. BUT a purchasing lock was put on my account, so now I can't spend the g coin that I bought and they know I paid for. Now customer service ignores my requests for an update. I suppose complaints like all of ours are costing GTA and YouZu a great deal of money. Since I was a really good customer for a long time, it just doesn't matter to them. Somebody in this company has way too much power and just could care less about sales.

Ok, so a couple of things. Firstly, there are seed accounts. Company accounts that get maxxed and encourage you to spend. You can never outspend a person who get everything free.
Secondly, they outsource their platform moderation to players. So instead of playing against gamers you will be playing against moderators who do scab labour for $5k worth of ingame currency per week.
So keep that in mind before you get too attached to your account and start dropping big money on it :)

The customer service is horrible. It is literally a bot answering your problem. It is not the first I use the customer service and everytime I use it, I'm just utter disappointed. So far, it is just bugs so I don't mind much. Just try to avoid customer service as using it literally means no using it. Recently, I have overpaid twice on a bundle and I received only one bundle. I was forced to use the customer service which I despise. All I ask is just to give me the bundle when it is available the next day or week but the answer that is given to me is generic answer saying they will continue to improve their service kinda BS. Not to mention, the game that I play using Gtarcade has been bleeding players' money dry. It is almost to the point of becoming a P2P game. All those who rate 4 and above most probably never play the game long enough or use customer service before. However, it is undeniable that the games provided are great and entertaining for a long period of time but their service is just bad. If you overpaid certain thing, you lose your money. If they implement something ridiculous and spoil your gaming experience on the game you love, you suck with it and move on. They just don't care.

Customer service is horrible.
They have a promo with Gamehag. It's broken, they have blocked the achievement quest preventing players from getting a payout.

I went to make a ticket complaint and it just loops into the opening page, not allowing you to write one.
