Very bad experience
Very bad experience. We asked for 7+1 and they send 6+1 innova on day of journey. And there customer support says "Aisa ho jata hae, koi nae". B**sh** All our plans went for toss. We were suppose to leave at 6:30 am and had to book another can to finally leave at 9:30 am. Very unprofessional managed cab service. They are not even refunding the 1000 rs paid for booking amount. Big NO NO NO. Won't recommend.

Booked a taxi and driver from Delhi airport to Dehradun and back the day after.
Very satisfied with taxi and driver and not to mention the price.
Would certainly use this service again for a trip to Uttarakhand.

I had an excellent experience booking…
I had an excellent experience booking my trip with Booking GTC Cabs. Staff were prompt with returning phone calls/emails even after the booking was done, had great insider information about the whole trip. Once we chose our destination, it only took a quick phone call to get everything booked! Great service! Will definitely be booking taxi with them again!

We used the service to a day trip to Taj Mahal from Delhi, the vehicle arrived on time, was 100% clean, we had received in advance the license plates, name and phone number of our driver so we felt safe all the time.
The round trip was great for the four of us, I totally recommend GTC Cabs service in Delhi.
