My experience with Green Team Energy…
My experience with Green Team Energy Solutions are fantastic the staff was excellent and any inquiry was very informative. The company even gives a courtesy call to see if I was happy with the work. The engineer was very friendly and very helpful they even phone the day before and on the day to see if it was still good to come. The insulation date was fast and everything was done according to the COVID restrictions. I would definitely recommend this company and if there are any other products that would be useful for me the I will not hesitate to contact them.

Great product, efficient service with friendly and professional team
I was both pleased and relieved when I received the good news that I was eligible for a grant towards the cost of having a new boiler installed along with both loft and under floor insulation. Although I already had loft insulation, having recently bought a new house and now living alone, I was focused on having the peace of mind around the future costs of running my home. To have a lower outlay to pay for a new boiler, which I knew would be needed over the next 5 years, along with underfloor insulation was a nice surprise. The process of applying for the finance and booking a date for the installation was both efficient and the 2 teams arrived in only a few days. They installed my new boiler and underfloor insulation in a professional manner & were friendly and helpful with advice. In fact the 2 gentlemen that installed the boiler were really amiable and offered to fit a new thermostatic control, which I had purchased previously and even showed me how to set up the times and temperature. Ryan, the gentleman who installed the boiler explained all of the information around the scheme and the follow up for any future services too. The underfloor insulation team arrived all dressed ready for their task and were so quick in carrying out what looked to be a gruesome job, crawling under my floorboards, again they explained what what they had done and how it worked and was beneficial for my home. We are very happy with the new Boiler that was fitted in a Day. The old Boiler took ages to produce Hot tap water but the new One produces hot water practically in a instant and the same for the Heating

The under floor insulation lads were brilliant too very efficient at there work and even Hooverd after very nice and polite young men
I have to admit I was sceptical at first but I'm really over the moon the boiler is so much more efficient than my old one xxx

Brand new boiler for Free !!!
We have applied for a FREE boiler, as our old one was very dated and we heard that we can qualify for a free boiler grant. Thanks to Green Team Energy solutions all process was very smooth and we had our brand new boiler installed within around 10 days. We are very pleased with it because it saved us lots of time and money. Thanks, Green Team !!!

The lady on the phone was very polite…
The lady on the phone was very polite answered all my questions .but the engineer who fitted the boiler I found to be very rude he was he left a part off. And when it stopped working he said I give him permission to leave it off I phone the office and again the lady was very very polite and got it sorted for me me.and the engineer came back and did what he was supposed to do within a matter of days he was eve rider the second time but they did do a good job and I'm very happy with the boiler and I would recommend them.
