A great service and experience
my new boiler complete with mobile thermostat and under floor insulation was fitted in a matter of day of applying
The plumbing and insulation team were both really helpful and efficient, kept the house tidy and clean and were very professional.
I had applied for a boiler to other schemes but the green team were far the best for both price, service and product. Would most definitely use them again.

Boiler Installation.
A very professional company who i would definitely use again, they installed a new boiler and under floor insulation and a new mobile thermostat.
The boys who carried out the work were very polite and friendly and they did a great job.

A excellent service
A excellent service, my new boiler was fitted in less than 10 days. Dave the plumber was really helpful and efficient, kept the house tidy and clean. Very professional. I did apply for my boiler to over 4 schemes and this company was by far the best for both price, service and product. Would most definitely use them again.

Extremely quick service
Extremely quick service, enquired on the Wednesday, fitted on the Thursday. Very efficient and lovely fitters, clean and tidy,and finished to a high standard. Would reccomend to anyone who needs a new boiler.

Brilliant service, and very helpful professional staff who talk you through the whole process making it stress free and easy to organise. After talking to them about the criteria the new boiler was fitted within a week. Would definitely recommend this company.

I can confirm due to it being a combi boiler that was fitted, the water is heated from the boiler rather than the tank.

Disgusting and very disappointing service!
Do not make the mistake in booking them at all. Very rude engineers. No politeness at all.
They will try to scam you out of more money even after price (£300) had been confirmed with the office. Do not fall for it. We booked underfloor insulation and boiler replacement under ECO scheme and when engineers came, they said they was unable to do the underfloor insulation as the gap under the floor was too small, however, if we paid extra, then they could do it. How does that work?? You can either do it or not at all. Don’t get scammed!
We said no, and they left without saying anything- leaving the floor boards completely open. The engineer also just walked upstairs without our permission to see if loft insulation was possible, even when my sister specifically said she did not want that!! Absolutely unprofessional.
Sent a complaint to the office and have heard no replies whatsover. They will usually reply quickly when you want to book in for the job. Absolutely vile service from the engineers. Stay away.

I can assure you without the underfloor insulation the government do not grant as much towards the work, therefore, increasing your contribution. I have reviewed your notes and you were made aware of the second price if the underfloor was unable to be done prior to the installation date.
As you advised you were unable to afford the second price, the engineers left your property. As stated the floorboards have been left open, this is a small section of the floorboards as you provided photo evidence which we requested yesterday to investigate your complaint. Your complaint is still undergoing investigation. I do apologise for the floorboards not being put back appropriately and I can assure you this will be resolved.
Once a full review of your complaint has been completed we will be in contact with you.

We were quite amazed at the efficient, considerate way the boiler fitter and insulation installers worked. Extremely pleasant guys! The efficency and operating costs are very satisfactory as was the installation cost. Would definitely recommend to others.

You're daft if you don't use them.
Couldn't have been an easier situation and made losing my job due to covid a bit more bearable thanks to the government funding schemes.
Brand new worcester bosch boiler and underfloor insulation booked, sorted and installed in a couple of days. They even checked to see if I could get anything else to improve the efficiency of my home.
I would 100% recommend these guys.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. My boiler packed in a few weeks ago just as the snow hit and with two young children in the house I was worried it would take weeks for me to sort something out. I called on a monday morning and by the Tuesday morning I'd got a new boiler being installed aswell as insulation in my home. I didn't even know I was entitled to the insulation! The jobs were completed very efficiently and my home was left as it was found. Can not thank Green Team Energy solutions enough for getting my hot water and heating back on in just 1 day.
