We had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this car rental company. At the time of rental, we paid for a full insurance package that clearly stated a maximum liability limit (406 GEL), giving us confidence that any potential damage would be properly covered. During the rental period, there was no noticeable or intentional damage caused by the driver. However, after returning the vehicle, we were presented with an invoice that included not only a charge for a plastic wheel trim (which we reluctantly accepted as a minor issue that could have occurred without our awareness), but also additional charges for front left tire repair and rear left tire replacement. These additional damages were not caused by us, and we have photo and video evidence to support this. Despite this, the company insisted on charging us amounts beyond the agreed liability limit and failed to provide clear justification or credible evidence. We made multiple attempts to communicate and resolve the issue in a reasonable and cooperative manner, but our concerns were dismissed and no fair solution was offered. This experience raises serious concerns about transparency, accountability, and how damage claims are handled. Charging customers beyond agreed insurance limits and attributing unrelated damages without proper proof is not acceptable practice. We strongly advise future customers to exercise caution, carefully document the condition of the vehicle, and be aware that disputes may not be handled fairly.
