Placed an order for next day delivery, paid next day delivery price, received the order 2 days later, no refund given for not fulfilling the terms of sale. Cost me 5p per litre more than it should have done.

The oil delivery was fine but should have been delivered on or before 11th May.
It was delivered on 15th May. Not a real problem but a phone update would have been appreciated.

Order not delivered and funds not reimbursed
Ordered and paid for oil on 3 April to be delivered no later than 19 April. Chased order on 17 April to be told would be delivered by 19 April, rang on 19 April to see where order was to be told they didn’t know when it would be delivered. Asked for order to be cancelled and funds to be refunded to my bank account. Funds still not received. Not happy with lack of service and lack of delivery.

Oil was not delivered within the…
Oil was not delivered within the promised period, when I phoned to ask when to expect delivery I was told their 4 wheeler was off the road and they were unable to tell when it may arrive. The oil was delivered the next day,but with no prior announcement.

I had run out of home heating oil while I was on holiday. The ladies in the office were so understanding and made arrangements for me to receive my order ASAP. Thank you ladies
